OMG!! what happened today? MSN also cannot connect. 60.50.XX.XX ip. all international site damm slow. dunno what happened

I think the internet in penang already recover, but the speed still unstable. 1.5mb/s can suddenly go to 0.67 mb/s

you try speedtest using 60.50.xx.xx ip and see. 60.48.xx.xx is premium IP you know?

 60.48.xx.xx ip not under cache.. speed quite smooth... youtube full speed(132-152kbps) torrenting very smooth... using p1 DNS... speed is area dependent... my friend also use 1mb package but speed is onli 0.92mbps (118 ip) |

60.48 can get full speed to all site...
