anyone live near SG.Long area here fell the slow speed too?
i was suffer the dial up speed since yesterday, can't even load the Speedtest web page to run a test |

i can have around 20kb speed for whole day. Ip range from 60.48-60.53

i really don't know what happened, i suffer slow connection for whole the day, even use proxy and vpn still no use.

Actually, do you guys think that TM had not solved the under sea cable at the very beginning? So now the international routing begin to have problem?
