Just wondering for calibration, do we need to go into service menu?

Calibrate as in using spyderTV or similar device.

Anything more than 50 inches is not worth it in Msia. The price just shoots up. I think 60 or 65 inches would not go down for say, 5 years more.

Hiho

My eyes are bleeding...

For those who notice, I've promised to post my TH-P42S10K setup after Spyder 3 calibration

And today's the day

Here is the results after calibration

View Mode: Normal
Contrast: 96
Brightness: 4
Color: 50
Sharpness: 50
Color Blance: Normal
Color Management: Off
x.v. Color: Off
Eco Mode: On
P-Nr: Off

At this point in time the images on screen (Baraka and Ratatouille) is popping out of the TV

Which explains my bleeding eyes....

Nope. No adjustment on the service menu.

Yes, I have the same feeling about the contrast value. Am afraid that my TV is not properly burn in yet (about 50 hours)

Will borrow his Spyder 3 calibration after another 2/3 weeks or so to recalibrate.

Cheers
