Oh, I'm against you when it comes to after sales service for Panasonic. My previous panasonic plasma suffered from IR after less than half a year of usage and even though it's stated in the user manual that IT is not covered by the warranty, the pana service rep tried his very best to make it a big issue and got me a 1-to-1 replacement. How's that for good service.

he used to be a Sony customer. the service rating he gave for sony was pathetic, and so he switched to become a panasonic customer.
his warranty claim makes him even loyal to the panasonic product.

Hopefully I can have my panel replaced as well as it's still less than one week.
The dead pink pixel looks weird on 1080p output.
I'm bit picky. So as I go for full hd panel.
Except for one Tefal stove, all electrical appliances of my house are fr Panasonic.
Hope they wont let me down this time too.
