Today I was comparing side by side on Samsung 50C6500 and Panasonic 50V20K, not sure if the Samsung has been adjusted, I found that the Panasonic PQ is better than Samsung as the latter color has a slight reddish tone.

sounded like its calibration is way off

for best performance, plasmas really need to break-in to stabilise its phosphor aging rate and then calibrate

I haven't seen the Samsung myself, so I can't comment, but I feel that going with Panasonic will generally not be wrong..

Any1 still active here? I'm still loving my P42S10k. After hours and hours of gaming and watching 4:3 shows, I dare conclude that this TV has no burn in issues... Image retention is minimal.

Only issue I have now is that after looking at those 50" TVs, I want an upgrade, lol...

Same here. My whole multimedia needs is center on this TV...astro, DVD/Blu-ray, gaming, internet surfing & watching downloaded movies.

I noticed the only 42" FullHD Plasma TV is the P42V20K with the NEOPDP Panel & some other upgrades at about RM4580.00.

Glad I bought the 42" P42S10K FullHD as now, Panasonic other then the P42V20K, the rest of the 42" are only HD. And now the 42" P42V20K FullHD cost about RM4580 as compared to the P42S10K FullHD which I bought at end of last year at RM3000 albeit the P42V20K has the NeoPDP & other upgrades. But as long as mine is FullHD I am very happy with it.

PQ is fantastic & excellent when use for internet surfing, playing Blu-ray & gaming.
