You cannot choose the plan from M2U when you apply for MNP? hmm.gif
I wanted to test for you but it keeps telling me system unavailable. sweat.gif

hmm.gif In that case, perhaps you really need to wait until you receive the SIM card and bring to the nearest dealer to register for you the plan. smile.gif
It is not difficult for them as what is needed only the SIM card serial number.
I'm sure when you receive the package, it will have a little manual booklet to tell you what to do next. biggrin.gif
If so, I think you can ask your girlfriend to go with you and get everything done one shot.
Your girlfriend will do MNP too? smile.gif Then, I think she can do it via M2U and do the same procedure as you.

Wow, but actually to save the hassle both of you can just register at one time at the same place, but you want the rebate right? tongue.gif So gotta pay some sacrifice for the rebate. tongue.gif

DG Family plan huh? I need to put up the latest information soon on the front page, please bear with the delay as my job has taken up much commitment and time. sad.gif
OK, back to this. Here it goes. Hopefully my simple English enlightens you somehow. laugh.gif
DG Family is a plan whereby both prepaid and postpaid can be supplementary lines to a main principal line. The principal line can have maximum of 3 prepaid numbers and 6 postpaid numbers as supplementary lines.

Next, RM 15 commitment? Yeah, it is but then it is just a minimum prepaid reload requested by DiGi. It is a credit, so you can use it up. smile.gif

The charges rate for both postpaid and prepaid supplementary line:

One drawback of this plan is its prepaid supplementary line cannot register for any FnF:

Just dial *128# and select for the menu there.
Yes, can. Each line can register up to 6 FnF, but only DiGi numbers. smile.gif

there is a new prepaid plan replacing DIGI prepaid I Like. the previous DiGI prepaid I Like is no longer being offered but super long life is still available.

http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/callplan/index.do

1 thing that i'm not sure is whether we'll be charge RM3/month for the new prepaid plan. i tried to change to new prepaid plan but it requires me to pay RM3 and i stopped there. so, anyone can confirm this?

Hi, I just done a MNP from Maxis to Digi. When I want to register for OCS, there is always error message coming out. Also today when I call the hotline number, my calls were kept rejected by them..

Is there a down time currently for Digi customer service?

there's a catch in the new DiGi prepaid RM1 domestic sms system... if u got 'freebies' in ur account, i suggest u not to change to it yet and stay with ur currect prepaid plan... coz' they dont take freebies deduction as a cost of rm1 usage... tat's the sad part... hmm...
