Hey, this new DiGi prepaid plan, am i getting it correct? After I spend RM 1 worth of SMSes (basically just 10 SMSes), I get to enjoy 12sen per minute to all networks for the rest of the day, right? Right? If os, unbelieeeeeeevaaaableeee!    

Eh? I thought FnF is like... 11 digi and 4 non digi?

there's a catch in the new DiGi prepaid RM1 domestic sms system... if u got 'freebies' in ur account, i suggest u not to change to it yet and stay with ur currect prepaid plan... coz' they dont take freebies deduction as a cost of rm1 usage... tat's the sad part... hmm...

that digi new plan need over usage rm1 only start call rate 0.12sen? Or just 1st call already start ?

I'm using digi 50 post paid now, can i call and sms for rm 20 and top up to my friend rm 30 ? so totally rm 50 can count  for min usage monthly rm50 ?
so izzit the monthly bill only paid rm 52.50 with tax ?

i have some serious problems. 2 months ago i only used about rm26, but charged rm 50 due to the minimum commitement.

Thn this month i called them because got sudden increase of about rm50 in my unbilled amount. wen i call, they said its bcoz of missing transactions from 2 months back, which are calculated this month.

Can i request them to adjust my bills, bcuz if calculated properly i dun have to pay tht extra money since originally i never reach rm50, but i was still charged rm 50.

is the digi web problem ? the web just display "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"

Finally, i ported to digi from celcom after my contract with the powertools 38 business package expired after 2 years.

Ported 4 lines altogether under the new family plan (Dg 50 + Dg 30 X 3). The new package looks way better with more savings indeed. The porting was real fast..i signed up on sat  afternoon and by sun morning, celom's line already vanished from the phone's screen . I'm impressed.

Anyway, i'm still using celcom's D50  for my broadband access as digi's 3g is  unavailable at my place.

Why so long have to wait for 7 days only can log in to Digi's OCS when other telco's are almost immediate ? Are they still using courier companies to send out our registration forms before then can key in our data into their system ? Haiihhh.....

in the DG1family plan:

1. for supplementary lines who have to pay RM30 commitment fee each month, is the left over balance rolled over to next month?

2. is this RM30 commitment fee paid at the beginning or at the end of the month of the bill?

3. Can the supplementary line register for the RM6, RM22 and RM66 broadband service?

4. if a user registers for the RM66 broadband service, he is eligible to register for a supplementary RM33 broadband service: will the 2 services offered in the form of a SIM card that are separate from the SIM card used for the phone? id rather not tether my phone to my laptops as opposed to using an EDGE card

alternatively, if i want the unlimited EDGE to be applied to my phone line SIM card so i can surf using my phone, that is possible right? o just to be clear, the supplementary lines can register for these broadband packages right?

erm,i'm using the unlimited EDGE which is applied to my phone line Sim Card (used in both mobile broadband and using the phone to surf) the only problem i had is calls cannot come in when u're using the EDGE (phone depended i think, since my previous phone allows call to come in but not the new 1)

Quick Background Story: I ported out to MAXIS almost two months ago. PROS: SMSes to girlfriend cost 1 sen each. CONS: failure to send SMSes, occasional no signal, poor reception in my own home, large charging blocks.

Quick Question: Do DiGi FnF rates for SMS and calls apply to other networks?

i just received my sims card(switch online), what should i do next?
