No, DiGi won't allow you to surf with its HSPA speed id you don't subscribe for it.

The prepaid+postpaid package I meant yesterday was out in today's The Star page N7. See if I have time I'll scan it here, no promise because I have a very important meeting to attend today and plenty of preparation needed to do beforehand.

So, anyone who reads it may post it here.
Anyway, not much details were revealed too.

This reload credit is not included in the commitment fees of the principal line and it is not calculated into the Reload Bonus or Birthday Bonus bucket for DG Family prepaid line.

1) Yes. Just that once you hit RM 1 of SMS usage, your call rate will auto change to 12cents/minute and 1 cent/SMS (applies to FnF). However, 1 cent SMS is only for DiGi numbers and DiGi FnF, not the 4 non-DiGi number.

2) Only 15 cents/minute (once hit RM 1 SMS usage then it is 12 cents/minute), not 1 cent/SMS. SMS is 10 cents/SMS for off-net numbers.

Everything is the same as your Super FnF just that an additional of RM 1.00 promotion.

It is not DG30. DG30 is an independent plan of DiGi postpaid that cannot register for supplementary line.
This supplementary plan is known as 1 Family. Please take note on the term.

ilovelyn made a mistake for saying that as DG30, actually no. It is known as 1Family.
About your case, just get yourself registered first via Maybank2u, then after everything is done and your line is activated, both you and your girlfriend just hop into any DiGi dealer and proceed with the supplementary procedure.
You cannot just tell DiGi about your intention to register a supplementary line, you need to go with her to do the registration together.

You cannot choose the plan from M2U when you apply for MNP?
I wanted to test for you but it keeps telling me system unavailable.

In that case, perhaps you really need to wait until you receive the SIM card and bring to the nearest dealer to register for you the plan.
It is not difficult for them as what is needed only the SIM card serial number.
I'm sure when you receive the package, it will have a little manual booklet to tell you what to do next.
If so, I think you can ask your girlfriend to go with you and get everything done one shot.
Your girlfriend will do MNP too? Then, I think she can do it via M2U and do the same procedure as you.

OK, back to this. Here it goes. Hopefully my simple English enlightens you somehow.
DG Family is a plan whereby both prepaid and postpaid can be supplementary lines to a main principal line. The principal line can have maximum of 3 prepaid numbers and 6 postpaid numbers as supplementary lines.

Next, RM 15 commitment? Yeah, it is but then it is just a minimum prepaid reload requested by DiGi. It is a credit, so you can use it up.

The charges rate for both postpaid and prepaid supplementary line:


One drawback of this plan is its prepaid supplementary line cannot register for any FnF:
