wanna ask, why everytime i reload rm10, after 2 hours, they deduct my money, and left about rm3 plus.. =.=

yeah. i do have the proof of payment. just called the CS.. she said, the billing right now is the accumulated amount for june & july. so, there is no problem if im paying it in advance. fuh, thats a relief.. 

and she also said, if in case my line got barred (because of the credit limit), just call the CS & they can unbarred it again. the next bill will be on 12th july.

you know which one im talking about

they send me one everyday. will this be prevalent if i upgrade to postpaid?

just visit their booth and get free item? so good uh? or got condition one?

my prepaid credit going to expired soon.. at first I'm intended to subscribe to Digi Super Long Life.. I dont mind paying that RM30 since I have a lot of credit balance..

but from what i know.. if we subscribe to this Super Long Life now.. our plan will automatically change to Digi Prepaid Hit RM1.. is it true?.. coz I do not want to change my current Super SMS Plan..

hope it really will solve when i 1st get my bill.

before this, i hv Digi prepaid number too, sometimes i felt, prepaid user r happiness than postpaid, like free 50% during birthday but postpaid get nothing..
and they hv a problem that i cant accept is, the msg will delay quite long time if ur fon don have better network coverage or inbox full, this is what i cant accept.
of coz, 3G is a problem too..
for me, others r ok...

Bro, for Ambassador plan, are those numbers called to DiGi listed in your bill and then get deducted RM50 from there or those calls made to DiGi will not be accounted in the billing system until you have over RM50 usage, then the calls will be listed there?

My 2nd month bill for July one is so high and till now, the bill is not ready to view so I can't confirm on this.

The 1st month bill I got is not included the DiGi numbers called in the bill.
