I did try talking to them via D' Chat, seems like the CS was not helpful at all. Kept asking me to wait till my July bill is generated.
What the heck. |

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jul 8 2009, 10:31 AM) It is very unfair for us, why must we bear for the mistakes they made?If they can't give me a valid explanation, I'll raise this issue to MCMC just like what I did to Celcom, efficient and effective. |

QUOTE(d@odao @ Jul 8 2009, 11:22 AM) I just have a dchat with digi consultant just now over the charging of usage bwtween main and supp line...they seems to be helpful, and rectified the problem on the spot...but, the disputed charges need to wait until the bill is generated, then re-direct the bill back to them for investigation...hopefully the claimed problem rectified really solved already...anyway, digi CS quite helpful... They are helpful but not the one I chatted with yesterday. Kept apologising and asked me to wait till my July bill is generated. These were the two things she told me. |

QUOTE(LOOOOOOL @ Jul 15 2009, 11:06 AM) Hi guys, It is 100% unlimited. Calls/SMS/MMS free unlimited.currently i'm using postpaid Rm50 Plan(supp rm30), can i knw izit 100% unlimited free call between main and supp line?? cause i think i got charged for a little, just maybe. Need to wait until the 1st bill...anyway, why *126# is not working for me? using nokia8250 error Msg : "Not Done" Nevertheless, heard there is a glitch on DiGi billing system recently and I was one of the victims for over-charged around RM 100.00. *126# is the shortcut for prepaid. *128# is the one, applies for both postpaid and prepaid. |

DiGi has weaker coverage compared to other telcos. The only advantage is that it is a cost leader, means it is cheap.

QUOTE(twinkles @ Jul 15 2009, 06:55 PM) Any number that switches to DiGi will get 1 year free credit validity. Good news, I saw from news just now not sure if anyone saw that. I couldn't find any information on the website yet but I'm sure it will be out in newspaper advertisement soon too. Based on my understanding, it is about regardless prepaid and postpaid users in a family will be entitled for free SMS, MMS and calls. Anymore information, I'm not sure. It only reveals until this part, so stay tuned. Wonderful. Cool for you guys but not much effect on me because I already have free calls/SMS/MMS to any DiGi number. |

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jul 15 2009, 09:34 PM) I shall call this the digi tarzan prepaid. It really being showed in today's news, actually they have launched it this morning but not sure why the information is not yet up, probably hasn't officially rolled out. The prepaid and postpaid thingy within a family sounds too good to be true though. I'm sure there is certain commitment which needs to fulfill every month. |

QUOTE(littlesaint @ Jul 15 2009, 11:12 PM) just a question, earling this evening a small symbol came out on the top of my phone stating '3G' any idea what it is? 3G is currently available in Klang Valley, Penang and Kota Kinabalu. It is not for 3G video conferencing but it is broadband that utilises HSPA technology. So, it is not a surprise if your phone detected that sign. |
