I heard it happens this year. smile.gif
Some of the forummers also registered this year and they are required to pay, even if I'm not mistaken vikingw2k (one of the DiGi employees) mentioned before it is needed now. smile.gif
RM 50.00 but will be rebated in the first bill.

Oh OK. Thanks for the info. How about DiGi prepaid convert to postpaid - do we still need to have RM50 credit inside before they allow to convert?
*
Yes, that still applies. smile.gif

hey guys. how fast is EDGE? im planning to buy a smart phone and probably couple it with EDGE because its the cheapest.
*
Maximum 220kbps. smile.gif
But usually around 180-190kbps, that is the fastest I could get.

heyya.. is there any registration or activation cost associated with registring for digi50 plus the rm66 data plan?
*
They won't be associated together, two different numbers.
RM 50 for DG50 and RM 66 for EDGE.

hmm,a question here...i'm prepaid user and wanted to switch to postpaid(DG30) and if i'm not satisfy with the postpaid, can i revert back to prepaid?i want back the number i'm using now
*
No, not possible.
Prepaid to postpaid = Yes
Postpaid to prepaid = No

But...

You can always port to other telco and port back to DiGi prepaid. icon_rolleyes.gif

fruitie,do u think the DG30 is much worth than prepaid?
i'm reloading RM30 every month but i dun usually use all the credits...but i dun often call ppl frm other telco...
usually i left around rm10 in my credit..do u think its worth to change to postpaid?
*
If you are not a heavy user, don't ever switch to postpaid. Stick to your current prepaid and subscribe to DiGi prepaid Super Long Life. You only need to reload RM 30.00 and get 1 year validity. Thus, you only top up when you need.
My advice would be, if you are not a heavy user, never change to postpaid. smile.gif

*
I think he will port you to other telco first then back to DiGi prepaid. smile.gif

Hi all Digi's fans smile.gif  just figured out this thead this morning. Ive been using Digi prepaid for 5 years & what can I say is Digi's rock & never let me down with its plan  rclxm9.gif
I have a few questions:
i) the fuyooh plan, is it still there for me to change to?
ii)my prepaid usage currently has been around $50-$60 per month, using sms(to other telco) more than calling. is it better for me to change to postpaid?
*
i) No
ii) Why still stick to DiGi when you SMS to other telco most of the time? unsure.gif It is not that feasible to be honest..

Guys, wanna ask, why digi's call waiting so short one?
im a hotlink user and what i dont like about caling digi numbers is that the call waiting period is so damn short.
6 beeps only then alrdy deduct my money
*
Like me I requested to turn off my voicemail and it gives longer beep. I think more than 30 seconds but remember to turn on missed calls alert. biggrin.gif
Just like that, to me voicemail is a kinda redundant feature. smile.gif

something is wrong with digi's postpaid unbilled amount. Most of the postpaid users unbilled amount has been increased way over the credit limit, including mine.

and my phone was barred this morning because of that. digi's customer service is busy and can't get through. The D'Chat have to wait in queue for 15 or 20 mins before getting to chat with a Digi consultant.
*
shocking.gif Mine too. But didn't exceed the credit limit, but RM 100 more than my call usage. shocking.gif

how to set the prepaid to longer ringing? i really dono...

wink.gif

I did the same procedure for my mum's prepaid and I'm quite sure it is more than 7 rounds of "toot toot".

hi people, i am using digi postpaid and recently i found out i have 3.5k bonus points. what can i do with all these points?

3k points - rm120 total usage. what does it means actually? my average phone bills are around rm140(including 1 main and 3 sup line). so does it means next month i just have to top up another 20 or what?

really appreciate it if there is anyone able to answer me out. thanks alot!
*
Yes, correct. smile.gif
But you must redeem first. smile.gif
