Check out the ppls want to buy .. the amount from each prices are shock man...
like.. after some time for long sleep... now is time to GORENG d.. xD IF the price ever drop till 0.100 or > 0.100 i will buy and keep because I believe it will up till 0.170 within this few days.. =p |

How many experienced the share price tumbling 2 years back where shares of RM.50 drops to nothing on the next day itself.
Where there's not even a chance to sell or banks to do margin calls; the counter is being forced to stop trading. Guess speculators in this topic never experienced that yet....  Just a word of advice for those new in tradings. Trade with care. Don't "burn" yourself. |

hv been monitoring this counter for sometime. the buy/ sell queue looks very weird. something fishy going on.
 i'd personally give this counter a pass. but thats just me. i wouldn't care it it flies up to RM1.00a little piece of advise to our fellow "tukang masak". goreng counters esp really really cheap ones could be a buy of a lifetime... but it cuts both ways. if i ever enter such counter i'd put in money i'm prepared to see lying in "coma" or "die". at least i'll sleep well. jumped into a goreng counter b4 n end up losing sleep. finally cut loss n exit. made back half my loss in other counter in a matter of days but the goreng counter i jumped in is still stuck where i left it. damn scary. lesson learnt for me. thank God not a too expensive lesson This post has been edited by speed7791: May 27 2009, 09:17 PM |

i'm avoiding this share too as their exec. director is disposing almost all of her share (>51% as 51% are being held and she still keeps disposing) and means she is disposing this company. |

looks like ppl are going in again at this attractive price. The directors too can buy back with a cheaper price. Why not? AGM meeting coming in June. Ppl sure will goreng up before the AGM to answer the shareholders.

For recent weeks, the buying volume is always much higher than selling volume, for example: Buying RM0.100 (volume 225000) & Selling RM0.105 (volume 4500) and last price is still RM0.100.
After a while the last price would go up to RM0.105 but very soon it would drop back to RM0.100, this would repeat again and again until the closing price is back to RM0.100. What does this tell us? Could somebody explain whether it's not a good time to go in for this counter? |

Yeah. The B-Q of 0.80 extremely larger than 0.85, if you guys interested on this shares, just wait lower than 0.80 and see what happen.

some of u might want to consider cutting your lost. counters like these trap ppl n once ppl have the chance to get out the counter the counter will sink to the bottom, n worse... stay there. of course until another cycle come again n ppl start jumping in admidst the bull frenzy.
anyways, thats just my personal view. do your own analysis n consideration. i jumped into one n nearly got burnt. decided to cut my loss n jump ship. was able to recover half in a matter of days... n now on track to make back full capital plus profit. i consider it as lesson learnt. cheap goreng counters could be good in a bull market but as it is we are not in one - yet. at least thats how i feel. |

I think this counter you still can "goreng a bit" but not too much.
Park at 0.075 or 0.070 if you're lucky, wait for it to increase 0.005 then quickly cabut... But tomorrow maybe you need to park at 0.07 or lower... |

look at the volume is so artificial...selling 5000 lots abundantly and consecutively without stop. Try to be taiko in volume by wanting to beat KNM but price is a sen drop a day and send it ownself away to HOLLAND.

I haven't used the OSK before. perhaps i need to study the Maybank program first for a while, if make money, or have time, then go to OSK program and see.
If I use calculation of earning, compugates really beat up a lot of shares out there, due to volume and cheap. So what I do is I just wait, and learn something from this shares, since it is slowly and manipulatively slow. So, I read some thing out from an article, it is the greed and the fear, when people starts to fear, we have to be greed, when people start to be greed, we have to be fear. Today stats tells me that, Compugates still better than KNM, b'coz KNM can see take profit started already. I'm still interested KNM, but not at current price. |

OMG, I bought quite a lot of Compugates share. Worse I bought it at 0.12 @_@ and then at 0.095 and also at 0.080. I could not believe that it can drop that badly until 0.070. Something is not right. I am panic now. Should I just sell all my share? Why are they keep on disposing their shares? If they buy back?

if the disposal activity still going-on, better save your bullets and only average after you see some lights of rebounding.
like Gamuda case, back in early 2008, the Managing Director Dato Lin sold off two-thirds of his sharesholdings, making Gamuda share price to plunge serverly from 5.00 to 3.00. it is never a good thing when a company head is disposing his/her stake. that tells something which we public aint aware of. good luck. |

n yes... panasonic88 is absolutely right. directors don't dispose shares for nothing. something must be cooking. one good example of recent activity... look up knm before it shot up to its present levels. one of its director acquired shares before the announcement of it 1st qtr results. that indicates something positive. of course he later disposed off to make some profit. its important not to get blindsided by the 'bull' run n jump here there n everywhere. they say a wise person learns from mistakes but a wiser person listen to those who have already made the mistake. that isn't to say that all hope is lost. history almost always repeat itself. those who want to cut loss can decide for themselves but others who have holding power can hold on to it until the next 'bull' run. just keep your fingers crossed that the counter would still be somewhere visible when that happens. it may very well go higher than where you bought. but then ask yourself then, will u still play with these kind of counter after that? thats y i fear sometimes these kind of counter may sink to the bottom cos ppl would have learnt their lesson n stay away from it forever. others who see their cash lying in 'coma' (well you're money is still in there, but its just not moving) may get tired n cut loss. others who see their money 'die' inside (sink dramatically lower from where they bought) may also eventually cut loss n leave. either scenario is likely to produce one outcome. so if i were to goreng these kind of counters i'd use money i'm prepared to lose 100%. my 0.075cents (today's closing price b4 lunch) |

if my share prices were at a low of say..... 0.07 i'd throw in some cash of my own to stimulate some 'movement' n push it to the top to draw ppl's attention. 1,000,000.00 shares x 0.07 = RM70,000.00 onli wat. peanuts to big timers. i consider that my working capital to create some movement n draw ppls interest. ever noticed how it suddenly appeared in terms of volume?
heck it suddenly appeared out of nowhere in my watchlist  this is just one of the ways ppl o company manipulate. for more details can ask uncle google to show u an example involving klse not too long ago. some methods r quite sophisticated n really... those manipulators will go to great lengths to cheat ppl money. so no harm in speculating cheap counters but speculate with money u r prepared to lose 100%. tat way, while waiting for the next cycle 4 weeks later, 4months later, or even 4 yrs later it won't effect u one bit. (thats holding power) i need to say that i'm not saying o implying that compugt is going to sink or close shop . i just notice some ppl seems quite naive jump in then later worry so much while others seem to be leading others to holland without painting the real picture. at least paint the real picture then let ppl decide for themselves |

The directors who are selling, can assign somebody / some company to buy back the shares. This may even be multiple entities. And if the share volume is not significant per entity, no need to announce to public. |

Nobody know what will happen. But the news and the result we have are mostly bad. And the price now which is 0.07 is the lowest ever. Nobody could believe it will drop that badly. We do not know whether it will go up in four months, drop a few more cents in few days and etc. If the AGM has good new probably we will be saved. But I read a blog which says that Compugates is a false leader. I should have make more research before I buy any share. I mean a good company won't sell their own shares just like that.

Big sharks and whales are always trying to make money. Somebody's analysis on CompuGT's financial result is positive. Do look up in the past few pages. If you wanna "invest", why pick CompuGT??? This is my analysis of why Compugates' price is so low. To understand this, we must try to think like the operator. The main objective of the operator is to make money. How that is done is to lure the public in to buy at the higher price. Before he can push up the price, there has got to be a period of accumulation. In general an operator cannot manipulate the counter on his own. He must have the support of the owner. This I am certain we all know.
Throughout the history of Compugates the lowest price ever was 10 sen. This is the support many, including chartists, thought cannot be breached. No one purchased lower than 10 sen prior to May 27. The good news is the operator didn't have shares lower than 10 sen now either. Those he had accumulated earlier had all been sold at handsome profit in the last run up. So to replenish his inventory, he must make those who bought at between 10 sen and 18 sen to sell to him. He had to spiral down the price to create a panic selling. This is what I conjecture it is done. Let's say the operator somehow collected some shares at between 10.5 - 11.5 sen. He then sell them to his cohorts at 10 sen. His cohorts sell back to him at 9.5 sen. He sells to his cohorts again at 8 sen, etc. In the process, many who bought at the support line might be forced to cut losses. This is where the operator picks up the additional cheap stocks. This will go on until he has accumulated enough stock at the price he wants. Nevertheless, he still has a good chunk of shares that cost between 10.5-11.5 sen. Once he is done with accumulation, he will ratchet up the price very sharply - so quickly that very few will be able to buy at the early surge. After that he will sell a little and still push up the price until a great hoard of you get it. Then he will unload at a huge profit. The key to note here is that the operator is still very much in the game. He is not in 'distribution stage'. His cost is higher than 7.5 sen. The good news is that we can probably hold on to the stock much longer than the operator. To him time is money. He may press down the price a little more say to 5 sen if he is greedy. He certainly does not want to risk selling his higher cost stocks at such low price. So he is as stucked with Compugates shares as we are. There's only one way to get out of this jam and that is to jack up the price and distribute. So ladies and gentlemen, my analysis tells me that the time for redemption is near. Besides, Compugates is a fundamentally sound company. At this price, the valuation is cheap. If the price gets down to 3 sen, back up your truck. Nobody can 100% said compugt is bad company and stupid to invest in compugt ..
I have been following the compugt for almost a year and all i can said, this counter is not that bad .. i will see a good expansion from this company .. for example on mar 2009, http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...21&sec=business There are many more projects that compugates is running local or even in oversea .. The problem is not that the company is doing bad , but why that MD disposed his share by almost 8% . I got feeling is the MD internal issue , nothiing related to the company .. if something wrong with the company , why he dont disposed all and why other share holders not disposed .. there is a share holder Datuk goh , has accumulate the share to 5.x% already, yesterday he bought up another 10k lots = RM750K .. and if you check on bursa site , that MD also disposed to his son also some..... So invest on your own risk .. and this is a high risk share so when yuo buy it , dont regret .. it is part of investment .. And I am sure those who invest in this share , hope it can goreng .... which the perception is wrong .. I buy it because of lower price and i believe we can high return .. but when a share can give u high return means high risk .. if you analyst properly .. someone is buying in big quantity .. around 4.20 pm , someone started to buy and within 2 minutes all the 0.075 q all gone .. and someone i will expect the husband and wife start to dump the share 5k unit at time .. and someone behind is buying buying until 5pm ..
the point is all the trax done for 0.075 is 280k .. but for 0.08 is around 800k .. and all this happen within the last 30 minutes of the day... why the mystery man willing to buy at 0.08 and dont wait for it to drop to 0.075 again to buy ? i got feeling someone who is a shareholder of the company is buying back the share disposed by the couple .. probaly the guy will be datuk goh ... he buy 20,000,000 yesterday and a week b4 .. if the company is not that good .. no matter how much the couple throw the price .. dont htink everday it reach a million trax on this company .. but as everyone will like to know why the couples are throwing the shares and why the datuk goh which is holding around 6% is buying in big lot .. and is the goh and datuk goh are brothers? and why the couple beside disposed to public, they also disposed to their son Keane goh .. Cause I confidence on them. But this COMPUGT I treat it as gamble. so if it drop till 5 sen I won't do anything because I really worry if it will get suspend. =p |

i think the only reason bursa suspend the share is the share price increase or decrease more than the quota they set.
usually they will send a notice to the company and want them to explain first. eg. MEASAT yesterday and TRANMIL for today. so i don't think BMSB will suspend this counter in any means. hopefully next monday it will rise.. I only can said , it has lots of support .. it has been rank in top 1-3 in volume trax for almost 2 weeks ... means people are buying and buying .. if there is no big support and those 2 couple disposed .. it will be already below 0.5 cents .. dont you thin so ..

if it's the situation like what you say then it's even better..
it's a sign that the price will go up. why would those manipulator buy in shares in large quantity and let it drop? they sure will make it rise in order to make profit right? what i scare is the S-Q are created by the manipulator and they are getting rid of their share. |

I think the S-Q, B-Q, is real one, however purposely doubled or tripled the actual volume, which is for the 2nd and 3rd buy or sell best price. The actual volume seems to be on the trading volume.
I mean, the volume is so big, but the trading is like 'hang' already (no transaction) during the ending or certain hours. Same as using the "1" to trigger the sign of above 0.080, and below 0.080. Anyhow I don't think this company has so much problem. Probably need some "Quick Cash" or "Cash Flow". Wat do u guys think? |

i entered 1000 X 100units at 0.075 = rm7500 right?? nvm la. if we were to meet our end we will make such an end so that we are worthy of remembrance. hahahaha but the crappy part is that my trading limit is still rm0.000 i got 50k cash inside but dunno why. i transferred the cash in today. need some time to update?? |

i think they are cooperating with syndicate to create selling pressure to lower the price in order for syndicate to buy shares in low price and earn from the losses suffered by those contra kaki. B-Q for 0.075 is 560k total amount = RM4,200,000. who have such large amount of money? unless out there a lot of ppl buying COMPUGT la.. |

What i worried is that the price will drop on Monday but it seems unlikely to happen..
Theoritically speaking, this counter should rise very soon since based on the analysis, the average low turning is RM0.11 but now the counter's price is only RM0.08. But there sure might be an exception since the couple is manipulating it. --> most people own laptop now and no need LCD monitor --> most handphone got camera, some 7megapixel --> economy downturn, company equipments investment slow --> price for all products no longer maintain with high profit margin. imagine, pendrive for 8G is only RM25 now. --> holding cost if they unable to clear the old stock. Normally, the agreement to enjoy special price, distributor need to buy minimun of quantity(MOQ) of products from their principles like panasonic, toshiba..and so on. However, the company financial is still very strong, small number of headcount(less than 100 staffs) compare to the revenue and contracts(normally 1year) with local distributors. The share still potential to recover, that is depend on the global market and the board director willingness to inject money into company. Remark: if most of the contracts with local distributors expired, the holding stocks unable to clear, they does not have cash to continue the contracts with principles. That will impact their cash flow finally. |

But do not worry, Goverment will not let them lose money. They will find somewhere to cover the unknown loss and injecting the money. Else, they unable to pay 7-15% dividend return every year but not to non-bptra.

The 30 largest shareholders as of 30 April 2009, does not include Lembaga Tabung Haji All i can see from No.1 to No.30 is mostly Goh Kheng Peow or See Thoo Chan Even if LTH did holds 23 millions shares it merely would represents about 1% b'cos COMPUGATES has over 2 billions shares (2,134,289,020) |

The AGM will be held on 16 June .. The share even rebound will back to 0.115-0.140 , reason because majority are holding the lowest price 0.075 and 0.08 .. this make those selling are not high and will make the goreng more easy as more people will start to buy ... But I hope this stocks will have the IRIS sympton .. from 0.08 cents jump to 0.20 now .. and you pray the big crocs vincent tan intrested in this stocks .. |

I'm sure you have proof that you have banked in the amount, perhaps you need to call the broker to help you to check. By the way, the checking should be very fast, doesn't require a day to adjust it for you, unless their system and service is poor. Based on the history, the couple hold their shares normally from 51% to the highest 68%.
On 18 May, The couple still buy shares, to maintain > 50%, which is 50.04%. On 20 May, Dato Goh actually increase his shares from 5.11 to 5.58%. * I suspect the couple has given the info to Dato * Dato Goh was actually IMHO, considered as friend, dated back at 18 Oct 2007, which he has bought 5.11% shares in Compugates. Given some tips that Dato has not touched this stock for a long time, and how he would know this is the time to buy? Only start from 27 - 29 May, the couple shares at 43.46 + 0.06% Then 01 - 03 Jun, the couple shares at 36.64 + 0.31%. The closing price for 01 - 05 Jun, where they hold only 37%, the share price is 0.075 - 0.080, nothing lower much. Basically I think the couple will buy back, They still want to be the major shareholders. May 27 to June 5, it's only about 1 week, that they hold below 51%. Added on June 8, 2009, 1:21 amFrom the info of changes of shareholders, The pattern is like this, previously they also dispose the shares until 51%, not lower like this month this year, then after the next month, they would buy back up until 60+% shares.
