--> holding cost if they unable to clear the old stock. Normally, the agreement to enjoy special price, distributor need to buy minimun of quantity(MOQ) of products from their principles like panasonic, toshiba..and so on.

However, the company financial is still very strong, small number of headcount(less than 100 staffs) compare to the revenue and contracts(normally 1year) with local distributors. The share still potential to recover, that is depend on the global market and the board director willingness to inject money into company.

Remark: if most of the contracts with local distributors expired, the holding stocks unable to clear, they does not have cash to continue the contracts with principles. That will impact their cash flow finally.
