QUOTE(stevenglobal @ Jun 8 2009, 01:01 AM)
Based on the history, the couple hold their shares normally from 51% to the highest 68%.

On 18 May, The couple still buy shares, to maintain > 50%, which is 50.04%.
On 20 May, Dato Goh actually increase his shares from 5.11 to 5.58%.
* I suspect the couple has given the info to Dato *

Dato Goh was actually IMHO, considered as friend, dated back at 18 Oct 2007, which he has bought 5.11% shares in Compugates. Given some tips that Dato has not touched this stock for a long time, and how he would know this is the time to buy?

Only start from 27 - 29 May, the couple shares at 43.46 + 0.06%
Then 01 - 03 Jun, the couple shares at 36.64 + 0.31%.
The closing price for 01 - 05 Jun, where they hold only 37%, the share price is 0.075 - 0.080, nothing lower much.

Basically I think the couple will buy back, They still want to be the major shareholders. May 27 to June 5, it's only about 1 week, that they hold below 51%.

Added on June 8, 2009, 1:21 amFrom the info of changes of shareholders,

The pattern is like this, previously they also dispose the shares until 51%, not lower like this month this year, then after the next month, they would buy back up until 60+% shares.

They buy back (increase their shares) for following periods :
At year 2006, Sept onwards
At year 2007, Aug onwards
At year 2008, Jul onwards,

They dispose mostly at
At year 2006, Starts Feb
At year 2007, Starts Mar
At year 2008, Starts Mar
For year 2009, Starts Feb

* Just check it for yourself, in bursa malaysia *

Hi Stevenglobal,

You seem knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Compugates.

I find the couple's trading pattern rather illogical if they are truly trading to make good money. Between Jun 1 - 3, they sold the total of 145 million shares when the price hit the low of 7.5 sen. They only bought back 5.3 million shares during this period. Bearing in mind that between May 12 and now, they have sold a total of 635 million shares, more than half of their holding at the peak. The only way to buy more at a profit is to crash the price lower!

Or could there to some other kind of strategy they are executing?

yea.. free tracker.. free chart.. free lifetime stock price.. free portfolio.. not like OSK.. transact more than RM20k then only can get those..

btw.. one thing good about my OSK is they give me 30k limit when i hv nothing with them.. but jupiter will give u lower limit depends on your money in their trust or your share.. but that will be fine for me.. bcoz i dont trade over limit tongue.gif

so far using Jupiter for 2 weeks.. dont hv any downside yet..

Jupiter is RM8 / 0.1% for cash upfront..
for non cash upfront.. is RM12 / 0.2% which is still lower in percentage compared to OSK.. but if u trade lower than RM2857... then using OSK vs Jupiter..RM12 still the same..

For OSK...

I bought 5000 units x RM0.080 should be RM400 right?
but I need to pay them RM441++ >.> ( fee + tax? )

The broker told me order via phone RM40
using internet RM30

I didn't see any RM12 there.....

seriously can ask him go F off.. using Internet is definitely RM12.. if u r paying higher than that.. u really paying too much broker fees.. especially u buy RM800 shares.. u need to pay RM41 while other pay less than RM15 for watever fee.. if u want me to recommend u Jupiter.. i can help u coz Jupiter pay RM30 for referrer tongue.gif

no no no no no... if u trade below RM2857 using online.. then as long as u get RM12 min charge.. then will be the same no matter which broker firm u using.. but if more than RM2857 in a contract.. then use Jupiter lor.. 0.2%..

i really sad seeing a lot ppl paying so high broker charge while RM12 is everywhere.. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif
