If the title has been converted to residential, then it shouldn't be high. .
By the way, what is the water bill and elec bill charges? Is it commercial rate or residential rate?
can anyone advise.

Anyone staying in TS already? COz I have some questions...

TS have centralized cable (astro)? how do they charge?
And broadband internet.... i read some posting about some wireless stuff... is that by tm also?

For Astro, you just subscribe directly. The centralized cable is just to avoid unsightly installation of dish and wall drilling for cabling.

Same like broadband internet just go to TM.

To all TS owners:

The DBKL cadangan nilai tahunan is RM15,600, need to pay 10% for assesment fee of RM1,560 per year, it is too high !
TS mgmt charge us RM64.67 for half yearly assesment fee only.

I went to DBKL TH Perdana, they asked me to write in the Surat Bantahan.
I hand-wrote on the spot the Surat Bantahan & passed to them, they gave me a letter asking us to attend the meeting for all Titiwangsa Sentral unitholders with DBKL on 30/11/11 10am, at DBKL TH Perdana level 5.

So, pls check your mail box for the DBKL letter, can write in the Surat Bantahan to reach them before 18/11/11.

Anyway, all Titiwangsa Sentral unitholders can attend the meeting on 30/11/11 10am, to appeal for Assesment Fee reduction.

Let us go to the meeting on 30/11/11 to appeal.
The more ppl go to appeal, the higher chance to get more reduction.
