If the title has been converted to residential, then it shouldn't be high. .
By the way, what is the water bill and elec bill charges? Is it commercial rate or residential rate? can anyone advise. |

Anyone staying in TS already? COz I have some questions...
TS have centralized cable (astro)? how do they charge? And broadband internet.... i read some posting about some wireless stuff... is that by tm also? Thanks. |

Any opinion on which is more laku for rental, partially or fully furnished? Don't know to partial or fully furnished at this point. Thanks.
