You guys try this phone with 3G? It drains the battery suprisingly fast.

3G not only drains this phone it also drains HTC HD as fast. I just change 3G to E to conserve the battery.

do u mean using the network, or just being in the coverage. using the network doesnt make a difference in battery drain. what will drain the battery is when you're travelling, as you switch base stations and the phone searches for new base stations

What about using push email with 3G? That's what I'm doing mostly when I noticed the much higher battery drain.

The phone when set to 3G will consume battery faster than when set to E. rclxub.gif

Hey smile.gif

Want to ask some questions regrading the TD2.

Is there anyway to limit the phone from displaying SMSes from ONLY the phone memory and also is there anyway to do the same during the contact autocomplete?

Thanks smile.gif

if u r familiar with window mobile, TD2 is right choice.
if u r not familiar with window mobile, try it and get addicted.
if u just use phone to make call , get n97.

Didn't you test it before paying? shakehead.gif

Try the volume up button. If that doesn't work, bring it back to the shop where you bought it.
