The parcel is collected from seller at 22nd of May, then 2nd of June just reach Sibu.. till now still not delivered

Don't despair. I sent a package from Putrajaya to Bintulu on 12th May. Items worth RM5k . Submitted e-feedback 2 times, no reply. Called PosLaju Bintulu a few times, nobody answered. It was finally delivered yesterday. I think there's still hope for your package.

I wish I got the faith for them just like u.
My parcel also worth almost RM2K, but now I go for refund since it's already reach Shoppe Guarantee expired date.

Hopeless now poslaju, i got 1 item stuck since 05/06 already sent. It status stuck at transit out from Parcel Hub, by right got another is transit office at KLIA, but never reach there. Another item send 9/06 already reach my place punya transit office. wat the fuk man.. then missing they will just claim insurance only, then later u see our poslaju rate going up again cos insurance rate go up. They where got give a fuk, the item later they found it they just bring back home and use.

Last time minister still is Gobind Singh they still work very hard, now that jibai moo moo punya org become minister now become like FUK UP no care about the courier service quality.

Is there any recommended service to transport a chair from 2nd hand shop from Kulai to KL? I think need a lorry for it

Pos Laju is not a guaranteed courier service. Post only when it's not urgent.

Anybody got any experience in sending packages with tracking to United States? Sent a few packages a month ago and still haven't been delivered. Tracking says arrived in New York 21st July and then no more updates. Who to check with? Pos Malaysia or USPS?

Check with Pos Malaysia even though they will try to push it to the local carrier counterpart. I claimed refund since mine is a registered mail to Amsterdam.

Just used DHL today for international document envelope, rm 100. Pos laju international down...kobis effected logistics.

Dhl good for international one, but really pricey

DHL only operating, ask fedex also shutdown outbound due to covid

Not considering service unavailability during covid season now. Is POS Laju Flexipack International RM168 the cheapest for up to 2kg?

I sent to my friend in Louisiana , US.
used Pos Malaysia Flexipack international cause its the cheapest international shipping.
Opted not to track to save another RM 10.

then my friend confirmed received on 25July. sent out on 28th may during MCO.
God, that took like 2 months. maybe due to MCO effect
