I sent to my friend in Louisiana , US.
used Pos Malaysia Flexipack international cause its the cheapest international shipping.
Opted not to track to save another RM 10.

then my friend confirmed received on 25July. sent out on 28th may during MCO.
God, that took like 2 months. maybe due to MCO effect

I would think its just Pos Malaysia excuse to make more money by asking (forcing) customer to use its subsidiary ,AxiaXpress.
And the rate is almost like using private courier.

So I got lucky that I was able to use FlexiPack International for the last time.
