@Lazarus, yes there are some companies in Malaysia who specialises in cold chain solutions. Are you looking for local distribution or import/export solutions? If you call them up, they will always ask you what is the temperature requirement as well as what the cargo is.

anyone got experience in selling products internationally? like customers from US, Canada, UK etc. Would like to know what is the cheapest method to ship and about how much currently.. Kept searching online but all give me express shipping within 5-7days, all above RM100 per 0.5kg parcel which is crazy..

@cyanbleu Due to pandemic situation most couriers are charging express shipping only due to availability of flights being reduced. Someone earlier shared this and I think its a fantastic agregator:

Yes, the express shipping is more expensive but during this time its better to use it as Postal services time might be much higher because of flight availability.

Thank you kind sir! Do you know any postal services by sea? Like how China ships to other countries. Many merchants in China are able to either absorb shipping fees or charge at low rates cause they deliver everything by sea, at the cost of 1-2 months delivery time.

Hi, pos laju user here. Is it common for pos laju to give the wrong tracking status. Because when i check my tracking status this morning, it says item out for delivery on a Sunday, since 7 am.

Pos Laju outsources to private contractors nowadays. It is highly probable they deliver on Sunday.

My parcel suppose to be received yesterday.. But no one called me now straight to pos office ask me self collect.

Call their helpdesk it says due to MCO it is closed.. Need fill some form.

What should I do? Fastest way go to the office and collect? Disappointed as kota kemuning to shah alam pos office quite far. Didnt even attempt second delivery:

Hello everyone. Poslaju user here. Is anyone here got terrible delay regarding Poslaju delivery.
Bough some item from Shopee. It's already reach 4 weeks I track my parcel were last update & no further news from poslaju.



My Shopee Guarantee will be end in 5 days & was thinking to get refund right now / just wait till my parcel reach.

Funny thing is another parcel of mine was deliver at 28/05/2020 from the same shops I bough my video equipment manage to get update & wait for delivery or pickup.
What's make me irritating right now is the parcel that send before is still nowhere to be found & it's a very high value item. It's make me feel bad to the seller since I have no choice to get refund if the guarantee come to expire pretty soon.
And Pos Malaysia call center now been replace by a robocall.

see the attached picture, more than 1 month already... today still not yet received the parcel. Pity the guy.

only 1 airasia/mas flight every few days to different cities/town from KL, thats why.

they dont want to address the logistic issue, leaving so many customers so angry.

I didn't know the situation is this bad until i bought something and now my parcels are stuck somewhere too.

Poslaju delivery to Kuching was ok a few weeks ago but not so recently. Already lost one package. A few more no status update.

My Shopee Guarantee was over & I can't help myself to get the refund, since my item was cost more than RM2k.

I guess Pos Malaysia really fucked up so badly during MCO.
