Normal price in penang is $110-130 foot run, price does not includes the 2x2 tiles and door
There is a shop named Old tiles doing this method:-
Attached Image
advantage is .. hardly can see any joining as the join is at 45 degree

Price is $200/fr, inclusives on 2x2' tiles max $30 can choose any kind within the price at their shop
the side is using 2 tons such as this
Attached Image
this is just example of the 2 tons, not the 45 degree cutting/joining thing

there is another way, u can ask ur contractors to make a mould for the legs as well. this way more durable, more nicer, but time consuming de..... my house is doing this way  !!!!! the top same size with the legs. BEST !!

Sink hole can open easily, if want to install on the table then granite is not a easy thing to cut, that why have to make the hole 1st when the table install. But is seem if the tap install on the sink not really look so nice since the sink is build-in and not much space left (my own opinion only)
