white Granite? i thought that was solid surface. I installed white corian solid surface for my dry kitch. and yes, have to be careful wif stains...but it's ok...can be removed with some rubbin.

i am gonna engage erny to do my kitchen cabinets. jus have to share my feedback in dealin with him.

he's really good at what he does, gives really good advises & have an eye for details. he & his team are really quick in replyin queries which impresses me very much.

pricewise he's ok, there are still cabinet makers out there who can actually match up to his price (if you look hard enough) however, quality of their actual work (not showroom model bcoz showroom model can be deceivin) have not been proven, so i opt for erny instead.

now waitin for my contractor to finalise his wet work so the installation of my kitchen cabinet can start. also gettin erny to do my walk in wardrobe & my bay window box/chair smile.gif

hope all goes well smile.gif

erny n his team will be installin cabinets & wardrobe & bench in my hse. today kitchen cabinet halfway done, tmr will be the wardrobe & bench.

so far so good, with a minor hiccup, but quickly rectified by erny & team.

also, found out that erny has a nasty temper! not towards clients, worry not, (he's really, really a nice & polite person), but towards his phone - he throws it around.

anyways, hope all goes as well tmr!~

will post up pics once its completed to share w you guys! smile.gif

If the table too big like limwk81, i dont think the "floating" way can be done. My friend had an experiance is, he using the mathod to do his TV table, even he use metal rod to connected with the existing concete wall, but the table still falling down. very dangerous.

In fact, using brick as leg, there is still another way to build it. brick had 3 dimention, 6"(L) x 4"(W) x 2"(H). what you can do is, just let 2" face up to build the leg, then your leg will be thin as finished by about 3" included tiles. is not really urgly.

agreed, my laundry sink was done that way, hence a slimmer, sexier legs.... smile.gif

Erny is a great guy to deal with..from design up til installation. dunno got after sales services or not tongue.gif

Saturday and yesterday they install the unit for my KC and wardrobe. I have moved into my house so they have to deal with me watching them doing their work ever so often. But the team was friendly and are not shy of sharing knowledge. They work up till 10 pm last night but the result is great, if not stunning. But i do prefer stunning biggrin.gif.

So the installation is left with just the counter top and minor adjustment. I will post the full progress + picture here for view once completed.

Hey Erny, how bout that wine glass holder? Free rite?  brows.gif
