...what about my complaint..still didn't get any feed back from erny and his team...have called and PM but no feedback...one of the melamine doors dented..small one but still can be seen...at first i'm still ok but then all neighbours keep questioning whether UK can replaced or not..i dont know what to say to them..just say i've made complaint but no feedback..actually the cabinet is very nice but this small2 thing still give effects right...

How bad is the dent?

My cabinet's surface is walnut colour. I also noticed it has some oil stains on it, when i ask the UK guy, he said normal and can be cleaned with water.

Overall nice work on UK with lasers and all to catch level.

But make sure u ask about their soft close charges.

Erny said free soft close. Kim the sales agent says no free soft close. The sales advisor at show room said rm180 lump sum for soft close.

Ended up paying 200+ for the soft close

I get free china soft close for all door and taiwan soft close for drawer...and i need to pay the deposit to book it cos is under promotion.

Standard china soft close also they give.

So the only advice i would give to those who want good price is get erny or patrick to quote u.

Don't get any of their sales agent....

only can see the dent looks bad when you look at it closely...cannot see it if you see it in a glance maybe because the colour is white (melamine white some sort like wooden design)...actually it's for washing area...my kitchen cabinet is 3G glass door..still didn't use the cabinet yet because only planning to move in next month..

yeah i get free for my soft close...was told free during promotion period only...both drawers and doors...also Kim as my sales agent..the installers were very helpful even help me settled my prob for the power plug for my hood...i got complimented for the design and concept but still everyone asking about the small defect ...i just told them at least they were cooperative during sale's service and gave me good price...overall the cabinet is really nice...just that small2 thing lah like i said before...

Hi Erny, I m staying quite far from your showroom (sg buloh), do u have another office where I can drop by? love your kitchen design n attracted to the promotion as well...desperately looking high n low for a good kitchen/wardrobe planner with reasonable/affordable pricing for my 3 storey new house. They only have 1 showroom, i also from sg buloh. go to their showroom on sunday morning...i think just take u 30min only.

Your guys already installed my KC yesterday. Love the KC sooo much . My MIL was there yesterday because I have other appointment and she said your guys were very helpful also .

But I noticed a scratch/dented spot on my melamine cabinet door (for washing area). Already called your office, Nicole confirmed with me he will ask the installer to follow up...hopefully he can figure out something...

I engaged Everskill Design for my kitchen cabinets and other carpentry works. Their price is reasonable and Steve is an easy going guy who gives valuable suggestions and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied. So far dealing with him has been a pleasant experience. Will be uploading some pics after I am done with my renovation works.

i signed up with unity kitchen despite never really meet up with ernie. but read all the good remark and how he resolve customer concern even a small one. his staffs in the showroom also very professional. i can say very knowledgable qnd best service so far i met. lets hope my kitchen proposed for next month will be a perfect one...
