oops, I just saw. Haih..I was very detail..up to where i want to put what, door direction, space for washing machine, twin sink, how many drawers, where i want the drawers to be..where I want the breakfast table/bar to be..(I want it by the garden window so that I can look out when I'm having breakfast)..Then I also draw the design of breakfast table and the foyer partition design for him..and told him i want three 4x4 inch timber on both side of the wall..with glass of 2inch between each timber....

So detail leh...wanna save him the headache mah...i duwan too give him too much to think..so i think already then just let him tell me if the space is do-able...the everything say ok...then later when my dad ask about my sink and the gradient..then baru he say need to check..maybe cannot...before that tell me can...wat if after i put the sink there then water cannot flow??

yor...so worried lor....I come here for opinions and help...see everyone's design and appliances...so that i dont simply spent...die later...

Thanks..I replied your pm also d

How come Erny hasn't reply my PM sad.gif . Met a contractor today who introduce to me last week as 'The guy who does grills & gate' He has a builder partner...Then later on claimed that he is a designer as well.

So today while discussing about the renovation design...he doesn't really know what I'm talking about and does not know what to propose. An I wanted a plaster ceiling design that I saw from Squareroom magazine and he said 'No one does a design like that...Tau keh soh..not nice' (Bloody hell call me Tau Keh Soh..I'm not even 30) Then I took out the magazine and showed him..he said ..'oh..'...

I'm afraid this is a Con-tractor with very little experience...who else can recommend a good contractor to me? My Place is in Bandar Parklands, Klang

sorry bro, i'm not work with him, i dont have the pictures, hard to get from him now as i got my biz trip in shanghai here.

i dont think he takes photo regularly, will try to get from him when i back to msia.

Besides, i try not to put advs in kitchen cabinet thread here, just give some information.

for me, plaster ceiling wont run so far, square/round, light through/L-box, cornice or w/o cornice. unless u plan to do some special curve design, that one will be pricey.

Anyone here install Aluminum Kitchen Cabinet from Onitek before?

Saw the sample from one of the showroom at my area. I would say it's nice plus no worry on moisture & termites.

Ms Louise handle my account too, all their salesperson is pro and good services.
What u see on my photo is install from 1pm to 5pm, and solid surface need to wait 1 week later.
So my solid surface will install on tmr together with wardrobe, shoe cabinet and other...

Don't worry if they tell u 1 day means they will finish it.

I install their bi-fold and swing door...good quality too.

I got quote RM100/feet aluminum kitchen cabinet, provided you have your own concrete table top & bottom.

If Granite table top together with kitchen cabinet around RM450/feet. Not sure whether this is good deal?

But one thing, I found out that is no back cover inside the kitchen cabinet. E.g, you can see your tiles or wall directly when open the kitchen cabinet. However, the SA said can be covered with aluminum board in additional charges.
