How come Erny hasn't reply my PM . Met a contractor today who introduce to me last week as 'The guy who does grills & gate' He has a builder partner...Then later on claimed that he is a designer as well.

So today while discussing about the renovation design...he doesn't really know what I'm talking about and does not know what to propose. An I wanted a plaster ceiling design that I saw from Squareroom magazine and he said 'No one does a design like that...Tau keh soh..not nice' (Bloody hell call me Tau Keh Soh..I'm not even 30) Then I took out the magazine and showed him..he said ..'oh..'...

I'm afraid this is a Con-tractor with very little experience...who else can recommend a good contractor to me? My Place is in Bandar Parklands, Klang

I need some advice also..not just one who just do everything i say eventhough its not good..Like the contractor today, I say do like that like that....then he just say can can okok..then my dad say no..the drop must be XXinched and which part and if too much my whole downstairs is going to look 'congested' and such..this contractor that i got ..everything also he say can can okok....

Actually it depend on your kitchen's size. If wet kitchen big enough to put in stove, sink, fridge, oven..etc, of course you should put in wet kitchen. But normally condo or double storey they have combine dry and wet kitchen, or thier wet kitchen only can fit in sink and stove, so you still have to put the fridge and oven in dry kitchen.
Like the photo below, fridge and oven put in dry kitchen, wet kitchen only put in a sink, stove and small fridge..
