Where your location? I think at this moment, they will cover klang valley only.
Their business is too good....showroom always full of customer.
My 1st installation on last Friday then need to wait almost 2 week later for 2nd installation....

so if they cover other area then i think customer need to wait 2 month for installation liao.....

yeah, I know they are good, other state so considered far for them, I quoted them before but too bad my location too far, their booking really FULL! But I can see all of their customers said thumbs up with their services and final outcome Glad that you can engage with them

I just recommend them to my friend and coll, i ask them to go out find outside kitchen quotation 1st and then go to kajang for last quotation. When i ask them on next day, they already tell me they give the deposit liao....hahaha

Just now my malay coll saw my KC photo, they also want to redo the kitchen cabinet.

i want to ask since you appoint Unity Kitchen to do your kitchen, what about other parts of your house'z reno?

Unity provided free 3D design?? Hmm....

memang wasted ekek. Fortunately, fotile can deliver for free to everywhere in peninsular malaysia. Only sabah n sarawak nd to extra charge.

yala, sayang betul, not only that ler, the sorento seller also do some special delivery occasionally

Other part like change tiles, wet work, plaster ceiling, wiring, plumber, painting....all under main contractor.

ooo... means still have main con to help u cordinate lar... onli kitchen cabinet u ask unity to do lar.... if main con 'bau' everything, isnt it cheaper? i've just gotten my keys and now planning all these... i m very new in this as this is my first hse...

What you plan to do? condo? My main contractor is specialist on tiles only....more than 25 year experience.
If main con is ID company maybe expensive a bit...cos they provide ID services and consultation.

While my main con give me price is cheaper than i find myself bcos he will help me find his partner wiring, plaster ceiling.....so he get the contractor price from them and then top up 5-10% only. cos sub-contractor wont give market price to main contractor else they very hard to get the project.

Do you start looking for bar stool? I still havent bought yet...do you have any place to recommend?

i also just got my key and planning now. first house too. so u are actually suggesting that we get a main con and he will get all his partners? so anything, we liase with the main con. am i right? i believe those experience main con will even give u advice on other aspects to watch out in the renovation process??

m planning to do my kitchen and yard to convert to be wet kitchen. then living room i want to do a divider to place altar. and my bedroom also partition it to be a walk in wardrobe.... so need someone to co-ordinate...

I already bought my white bar stool at CROWN. RM99/pcs standard design...but i change my mind to upgrade to designer bar stool cost RM140/pcs. Will go take photo on this sunday only.

Added on February 10, 2012, 11:01 amMy main contractor is from puchong too, he is Chinese uncle specialist in tiles but his partner all have good workmanship too. U can ask him to bring you to see his workmanship at puchong/sri kembangan...and ask comment from house owner.

I think u can ask his advise but i dun think so he able help u to design the house or any creative idea la....
u can ask him to do wet work, wiring, plaster ceiling, painting....

BUT those required carpenter work u can find specialist to do it....no need all give to same contractor. just make sure they can communicate each other.

Added on February 10, 2012, 11:11 amDepend your main con lo, some contractor will make up the price high too. i also find few quotation for comparison...example plaster ceiling, wiring, tiles contractor from lowyat forum...they give us consumer price or market price.....but sure they will give special price to other contractor...else customer will complaint too...

so after he help me to find his partner(actually no really his partner la)...just they have work in same project before...then exchange contact for future business partner lo....

i advise you to get few quotation for comparison, and u will find out how ppl quote u as well. i learn all this from lowyat too....hehehe

i pass my key to main contractor only, so he will arrange those sub contractor to come...save time and money too.
