Hi,

I have one question to all kc experts. Is there a possibility of water sipping into the kc where the sink & tap is located? If yes, how do you deal with it? Kitchen top use tiles finishing.

Thanks

check the source of leakage first only then find a solutions for it .....

example..
- leak at splash back ..... between ur wall and concrete top
- leak at the undermount sink/bowls, check the water proof silicone if it's still attached firmly....
- leak at the pipe joining itself ......
- leak at the stop cork .......

many more possibilities ..... but anyone of that above still have to ask the respective specialist to get the job done.....

Just did the whole house cabinets with Unity Design; only took them 2 days to finish 2 Kitchen (Wet and Dry), 5 Rooms and Tv Cabinet; plus the workmanship is excellent smile.gif

Would definitely recommend this cabinet house smile.gif

This is prettycute.ling's kitchen, (selayang condo)
Due to Feng Sui, we specially built the table top into 2 level, so that the sink (water) and stove (fire) can be seperate.  brows.gif

Hi All,

My house got this old tiles concrete top (like in the picture), can I do renovation with the existing concrete?
Assuming that the builder will remove the old tiles and use the concrete as a base to make a new kitchen.
Will it save cost?

any advise?
