Acrylic kitchen, there is 2 way to do, 1st is using acrylic original color to build the door, 2nd way is use clear acrylic and spray paint at the back of acrylic.

But anyway to do it, acrylic is very easy to saw scraches, and the shining surface are not very even, but the cost is a bit higher then glass if doing by 3G door, since that, why dont use glass? since thier outcome is batter.

Thanks for your information. Visit a showroom, their cabinet door using acrylic surface + melamine, feel that to have a same cabinet. Cost of door itself around RM315 / ft
still under consider, headache.

But why not considering 3G glass? since the price also less then RM300 but have batter surface ( i personally feel like that)

yes, u can actually did a concrete tabletop with quartz or granite and its look more far better than tiles because granite or quartz come from one big piece and biggest size or should say longest length can go is 10' where tiles always come with joining.
btm cabinets should not be an issue but of course depends on how ur take care off...unless u hire maid to do ur jobs..its ur house anyway...take care of it..
but remind u to get a good contractor to do it, i mean experienced one coz btm part of concrete should always deeper than top to prevent water dripping from sink.

add some comments here ....... it will cost more if concrete top plus quartz stone/granite nod.gif ....... compare to only use boards carcass.

friendly reminder ..... if wanna compare the price compare apple to apple ...... dun just look at the brochure and decide .....

scenario 1 - coz some u may not needed but was included end up paid more
scenario 2 - what u want may not included in the packages
scenario 3 - if two of the above included then the price will be adjusted brows.gif

compare the materials like glass, melamine board, arcylic, plywood by ask the price in per foot run/pfr in short. foot = feet same meaning dun confuse. icon_idea.gif

Thanks for your advice.... actually i am still not sure whether do use the concrete top or just board carcass.... cuz i dont plan to have a wet kitchen.... i am worried that if i wash the granite /quartz often then the carcass will give way eventually.... i was planning to do is to have concrete top and raised concrete for the bottom cabinet because of the water but its really not cheap.... would the wood carcass would be good enuf if lets say, washing the granite top and wet mopping..... thanks

wash into what extend? wet wash (wash with water/rinse) or dry wash (wipe with damp cloth) acutally it's depend on ur budgets.....if limited budgets then u can have a concrete top first then only install cabinets when required/funds is sufficient.... as the concrete top will actually last u for life so it does worth it if u do not want to have headache every 5-7yrs..... just to let u know u also can add granite/quartz stone after 10yrs bored with the tiles design on top of the concrete top so it will give u a feel good mood again.

Beauty and Durability is always cannot match one....... think at ur own.
