Less than 10k for Dry Kitchen 15ft (3g, L shape, 3ft high wall cabinet), Wet Kitchen 10ft (Melamine + Solid Surface+ 2ft 9ft tall unit + L Shape) & lots of freebies.. pull out basket, bottle rack, dish rack dll...

I can say is NO. his price is FIXED RM430/pfr.

First of all i would like to say 'Thank You' to lyn forum for helping me finding good contractor and good seller here. I never ever wanted to do kc in my old house before, but after reading from page to page, its very very tempting. Then 1 day,I found my fav kitchen on somewhere on pages 30 - 40. Been reading there are many good contractors here, then i chose one of them, started to call asked for site visit. They had quote me and gave me the 3D design. Without goin out comparison with others, i just surfed the net for comparing it myself, it came out not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Then i made comfirmation to them with paying some deposits. While waiting the day they will come to install at my house i started to look kitchen appliance then i found 1 guy here selling. As usual i asked him what they had offer right now,i just use google compare with others. The price is reasonable, and the way he talked its kinda very nice person. Just becos his shop only 10 mins from my place, i went to his place. If his place are far, i will definitely ask him to send without goin to his shop. Totally my kitchen cabinet are from this forum, and i never know my contractor come from or their office location, but i am very happy and satisfy with it. If anyone who are in the same situation like me who loves to google these are informations for both contractor and seller. Cheers.

i saw the bang for bucks MAHA sink! the cheapest i can find for that design..... still same price ka or going cheaper now?

i need to change tap.....my existing one is not "long" enough that i have to bend my back to wash... damn suffering

Bang for bucks? Many ppl say exp, they say "just a sink wo need to expensive or not, i can get RM200-300". Sad to say, they never survey the price. Only those who have taste and did some homework will noe it is dirt cheap. Usually cost above RM 1k.

Rinyuu saw ur photos, so he got the sink from me. Yup Same price RM 800+. U looking for the same tap as Rinyuu? I don think u can use it as ur existing hole is around 1/2" as it his for cold tap. That 1 Rinyuu using is a Mixer around 1.5"+.
Check the hole size first before changing.

around the same price as the sink

This 1 is also not bad, with pull out and price half of the sink
