is it true that the cheaper console is sgpore set and the warranty does not cover lens problem?

mostly is 60gb i think..YLOD happens on earlier edition of ps3 esp on 60gb..

IMO..

mine is 40gb~~ the white color one..

u can find heat gun at jalan pasar but the cheapest i think above RM180...and it's non adjustable heat.huhuhu

mine is 40GB SG set White Ceramic color.. (i dont think the color is the case of the problem..)

still hasnt sent to bernard, to frustrated bout this shitty problem.. i thought the console is a beast in terms of performance and toughness.. damn.. if cant repair, thats it, i'm done with ps3, no more gaming..

anyone know how to open the front cover (the one with playstation3 name).. since the nut seems really weird.. all my 'spanar' doesn't work..
