tohsan, when buying completed house from developer, r they using standard S&P (as like under construction)?
24 month warranty still applicable?
*
No more 24 months warranty of defects, go back to the S&P they state only 30 days after VP, after that you are on your own becos this house already 4 years they keep.

the crack is due to the hardening of cement and also the settlement of the foundation, normally they should let the foundation settle for 6 months minimum period before they start to lay the foundation, otherwise you will see crack in a lot of places.

don understand what do you mean by "KONG"?

I think Zarra buyers should request as the price is some where around 600K. Furthermore, red brick compare to sand brick price different is not much. IOI can used this as 1 of the points that's why they raise the price. tongue.gif

Serena got 14' high ceiling, courtyard and 2430sqft large build up. Zarra phase seems like nothing much except the bathtub but higher price. If they can add on red brick may be there will be something to future Zarra buyers and not totally lost to Serena phase. smile.gif
