some even no brain, parking exactly at the turning junction, blocking the view.

i heard once case in bpj, owner used to park outside the house. One day, when he came back, someone (neighbour's relative visiting) parked at his "favourite" parking... seeing his parking place occupied, he released the air of that car's tyre... "wonderful" guy!!

those early bird buying vistaria really got to vomit blood... selling price now is lower and some more got freebies free MOT etc...
tat translates to depreciation of more than 10%...

i think their new gm messed up the long time built ioi brand name since taking up her role... probably this lady not brave enuf like his brother.
wat i mean "cheated" is the "cheated" by their brand name
their brand name always resemblance to "price appreciation"...

anyway, the "middle birds" get the best deal.... freebies + initial launch price.

Lastly, as a Zarra buyer, I do hope IOI will maintain the quality and workmanship for Zarra with proper floor plan design (with minimum renovation needed) and of course hope to see a reasonable selling price soon.
