As i know when you are able to earn income, you have to start paying already.

If like that the PTPTN bank will empty very fast.

I would say the government serve her right. But I expect all defaulter should be blacklisted

send a letter to PTPTN la...ask to be taken out from BL list and pay the 1st payment as good faith...mana tau they will consider...if not every YEAR cuti-cuti Malaysia SAHAJA LAR...

I pay monthly for my PTPTN and doesn't get in any immi blacklist and I've travel abroad so many times.

The thing is when its time for you to pay, just pay. Your friend in 2004 already finished master right and 5 years didnt pay any fricking money so she deserved to be blacklist and too bad for her that she need to pay lump sum to get out of blacklist. tell her to think it as bankruptcy notice.

if only she was smart.

Don't give excuse your friend taking masters,she graduated in 2001 and master takes at most 1 one year so she should be working for almost many years now.

Think of other poorer students who can't afford to study and have to rely on PTPTN money.If all of you buggers and selfish blarddy fool just take the money and buat tak tahu,who is gonna fund the other students who needs the money.

I know of one student who happens to be my friends housemate who came from a very poor family and he cannot afford to pay for the loan to study in UTAR now because PTPTN rejected his application due to the quota for that uni which is only 200 per course. Thanks to your friend,this dude here now has to find other ways to borrow money.
