well, 1st time my garmin got problem, cant open, then i reinstall, after 1 day its ok, then next day, i on again, the garmin is not licensed....

did ap set with Light Leakage Problem still available to change a new set?

ap set hardly found that problem , my fren bought an AP set from garrage sale last month , never encounter problem like light leak problem , but my Black Ori tube (bought 2 weeks ago, V20 ) still got this problem

changes for AP set to get those problem are higher. it could be the seller already fixed that problem.

Think this if AP cant sell the phones where do they get new sets? Their supply not direct from NOKIA. Ori set are. My ori not such problem listed above as well because i know how to check. Dont go share misleading information saying AP no such problem and ORI have such problem.

Easy way to fix this? Get a hard/crystal case, and leave it on for like 1 month or so...

New fw requires 4 fonts like v11 (not sure about v10). I think that's your tube that symptom I suppose because I've check my v21 finland firmware, certainly contain 4 font files. I hope that should be the same number of files with Malaysia fw one.

actually i for the font file... u dont have to change it... to 4 font files, 3 font files is more than enuf... my current font after the FW update is still the same as how i customized...

That blog is one month outdated. I got that version of wifi radar on 07 March '09. Anyway, thanks for your effort brotha'

@echo.Garden : OIC, maybe no luck for nicks. I've not tested my custom font in this v21 fw because there's no perfect font than pre-loaded font in tube.


Off topic: I wonder where is the rating option of this thread. I've seen this option in other thread that I've been active lately.

yeah me too. but after i do soft reset, and redo everything again, (i do soft reset because i messed up the system with hellox,patcher, bla bla) then that problem arise.

but, i dont know if software "thepencil" is culprit here, because after delete my fonts folder in resource (memory card) the problem still there but its rare.

p/s: nothing will happend if i on off on off my tube right? just wanna check whats the problem with it.

.... actually no problem should arise... cuz i backed up my data, then i do FOTA, then everything is same.. nv evne remove my mem card..

i read from the book that 5800 got 2 version which is 3G and 3.5G version issit true ?
