QUOTE(clawhammer @ Sep 15 2009, 11:41 PM) I have a question. I notice the X8 mouse feet worns off pretty fast on my Destructor pad. How do I fix this? Buy some teflon replacements myself? Wah.. the mouse-feet quite thick.. so fast worn out?... Btw, hows the other 2-pairs?.. oso worns out liaoz?... Anyways, to be safe, i always use this Corepad Skatez on all my mousefeets http://www.corepad.com/index.php?pagina=artikel&id=26At least some protection at the same time, it glides even more smoother on hard-surface pads. Or even safer approach will be using Corepad Skatez and use soft-surface mats. Cheers This post has been edited by TomatomanzSeedlezz: Sep 23 2009, 08:16 PM

Emm, it's not to say worn out but if you have the X8 and a hard surfaced mouse pad then you'll get what I mean The mouse feets are plastic so after a while of usage, it will eventually become uneven and rough. Hence, you no longer get smooth movements from it. I'm not sure where we can buy Corepad Skatez in Malaysia?

Hi guys, just wanna ask something about the Sidewinder X5, how's the usability for casual users? Coz I only play games every now and then but I've already gone through 3 normal mice since January.

It is okay for both normal activities + occasional gaming, IMHO for budget perhaps you can opt for X3 instead.

Then if that's the case. U can always give it a try. I think if ur mouse is an original 1, they should have tracking id or number on it, I think they can trace from where u bought it. But i dont know what happens if they found out it is not genuine.

Microsoft sidewinder x6 keyboard is one of the best and compact keyboard if you dont put the numpad. Lol. To me itll look weird if i add the numpad to it.
