i think with this way, it can be through-ed harder haaha...

By pressing the pass button and hold it...till it execute itself, the ball is SOFT.. (requires 2secs or so)
if you press the pass button normally (usually less 0.1sec), the ball will be TOO SOFT...
So, try pressing it in between the time....
means, try pressing and hold the button for 1.5secs to 1.7secs lik tat..

I am not sure weather it works for you guys or not, but it works for me ...

had fun playing this. but goalkeeper still dumb a bit. from the most tightest angle, I shot and the goalkeeper pushed it into the goal. lol

Not really master yet but kinda get hold of the THRU BALL timing liao. What Jason said above regard the timing is quite accurate, able to spray THRU BALL nicely now

Now tweaking formation for my CHELSEA ready for the full version to start a league game . Love the new strategy features but kinda miss the old arrow setup for player run and attack/defense option, KONAMI should not have remove it.

to those who having problems to beat ai at top player level, practice first.. after a while u'll whip their asses easily.. do cross a lot.. dun use kick feint, its not working like a charm like in '09 anymore

the old bugs are still there
1- tackle after opponent passed the ball got no foul and card (only sometimes)
2- dumb goalkeeper
3- offside call.. whether its too fast or too slow.. quite stupid really.. japanese programming problems?

plus, new ones
1- so hard to select desired players when defending
2- wtf with the delay on every action? like switching players, passing.. those very fifa-like
3- the combination of x + x (xbox controller) should be vanished.. caused by their own time delay when passing the ball.. i tot it was unresponsive at first until the player done the dummy only to let the ball stolen by the opponent

other than that, this game is quite good.. i noticed that crossfield ball is easier to be executed (ala scholes,xabi ball).. graphics are great too

Delay may because of the v-sync is switching off, try to switch on and see if you still got delay. and try to turn off frameskipping.

To be able to switch on v-sync you need to put maximum of 60hz for you display refresh rate.

i guess he was talking about the slow-ness of the players movement

they are not as fast as 09 already

i used love PES becos everything was so responsive and fast cos that is my playing style
