Yes 5G is the cheapest among all but the coverage is lower in underground and certain areas, I would suggest to go for Hotlink or Umobile instead.

Anyone knows which Telco prepaid/postpaid to get if I travel to china or USA and still be able to receive call and sms with +60 number

Or is there such a virtual sim with +60

Or if there is any voip that provides this.

been using yes5g since last year. so far memang berpuas hati. but as other people complain. some underground.. inbuilding.. coverage sometimes sketchy.
I do have Yoodo backup sim in sim 2 tho for those occasions

but mainly yes served me well over 95% of my monthly requirement.
the nice thing about yes is
1. RM25 monthly for no fup and unlimited call
2. all day all night 5G speed ( no-nonsense weekend / hourly 5G pass )
3. quite good coverage even for road trip on major roads and even some far out-of-town areas.

Assuming you are staying with Digi, you can check out their postpaid infinite 55 or postpaid infinite 75. Infinite 55 gives you unlimited data with speed of 6mbps, while infinite 75 gives double the speed. Both plan comes with unlimited call.

Thanks for the reply. If I intend to proceed with another telco, which would be the best one?

Maybe can check out Yes Infinite basic, RM58 for unlimited 4g and 5G plus unlimited calls. Other postpaid which you can consider are Umobile 98 with 1tb quota, or wait for upcoming Uni5G 89 with unlimited data and unlimited calls.

That, I cannot answer you as I do not live in Ampang. You can ask around or get a prepaid sim to try before making any decision.

U wanna take a look at U Mobile U Postpaid 68 plan?

Has roaming in 63 countries including US and China for 15 GB/mth.

Can receive free calls when roaming

Of course can receive SMS also

Making calls and sending SMS when you're abroad will cost you extras.

Hope this helps you.
