First go Brickfield policestation to report, then go to tribunal tuntutan pengguna at PWTC, 16th to report again. After all this you will need to wait for the hearing.

Guys, all i can say is pls stop getting cheated.

And on why arent the police or gov doing sumthing- well they have already warned ppl thru news/newspapers and so on, but somehow ppl still get cheated. And secondly, these scammers operate as legal business entities and make u sign a form tht says u agree to what u are doing and giving. The least u could do is at least read the form u are asked to sign before signing it.

Wish u guys best of luck in ur cases against them. And to the rest of u'll who come across of this bunch of scammers anywhere, do a favour for the rest by humiliating them publicly. I always wanted do tht myself when i see them near the TS bridge (though now i hardly see any of them around), but then somehow they never approached me at all (maybe because Im an indian and they only communicate in chinese) mostly).

Ya... I think their target is towards Chinese only... Because mostly those teenagers are Chinese...

And, last time, I said I am having my internship right now. Then, the teenager can't understand what is "internship". Then, I spoke Chinese to him. So, I can assumed that they are mostly low-educated teenagers.

okay i got the receipt from them but the receipt contain no info about their companies name and address...i'm wondering whether they u guys who got the receipt is the same as mine?no info about their company and add =s

guys, i jz go report at ttpm. i've file borang 1 ady and i hvn gv borang 1 to them, cz i dun hv the receipt, and i report the case to ttpm afda 10 days afda the incident happened, so i was sooo worried that i won't win my case.

btw, i've call the person and ask him to meet me tmr 330pm to "get my resit" and he say ok...i plan to get his receipt b4 throwing the letter to him...

sumore i noticed their comopany name change to CHAI SUN FLOWER ENTERPRISE ady...but i still write "starr healthcare" in borang 1, izit ok???

and IF tmr i reali get the resit, shud i go cancel and make a new report at ttpm?? cz i did wrote in butir-butir tuntutan that "pihak penentang tidak menghantar resit kepada saya seperti yang dijanjikan"...
