Hi guys, need all your advice, the scammer boss agreed to see me in TTPM court without making any deal . I think he knows how to deal with them after cheated many victims. What should i do?

This time, they have moved their office to:

Right above 7-11. At the shoplots next to The Store.
Hunt them down!

For my case, there were 5 of them (3 chinese males n 1 female including one Indian guy who was able to speak mandarin and canto) distributing the brochures in front of Bkt Bintang monorail station.

While at their office, they wanted me to bring RM7600 (for gov tax if i win the car) so they can write down the serial number for their record as the money will be used to pay them after receiving my prize which will be given to me on the same day. Question is, what is the prize? They refused to reveal the prize until I bring the money. No mattress in the list of prizes this time. replaced with massage chair. I told them it was dangerous to bring so much cash out and they say it was their company's procedure. wtf.

Luckily my fren googled genki kenko scam and found a blog with the exact same scenario.

did i say i got conned? LoL. sry for causing the confusion. I just went to their office to redeem my prize as promised. but after listening to their BS i told them i don't want their free gift anymore. their empty office made me felt even more suspicious. it's ridiculous to pay for the government tax before getting the car.

it's been 3 years already

definitely due to good money. each customer con rm6k. 2 customers per day also can get 12k already. they will constantly change locations and company name.

The company name is Tropi Jaya Marketing. Yesterday, i juz passed the TTPM form to him and ask him sign for acknowledgment of received. Guys, U got any experience dealing with them in TTPM?

no no, we found that they are active at kepong also
they active around few same place only, once i saw that guy again
my fren will call ppl catch that guy
then force them to give back my money, if they dun give
juz have some fun like record a video or take some stupid pic for him
cant get back my money i still want to revenge
they are scammer dont dare to report police

I got conned 6k at the one at Tmn Desa. Exactly the same as the website you posted.
Same scenario as you. They are trying to convince that you'll get car/cash prizes up till 20k++.

Right after that i went back to the same place and said wanna return the "gifts".
They refused to giv back my money. i passed the person incharged the TTPM document but he tore off.
He won't attend one coz his english and malay bad. However he signed on my document with his IC and name.

At least i got proof that he received the document.
So i'll sue him eventhough he will absend to get back my money!

Besides i oso lodged police report and the inspector told me that they caught them on 4th Apr.
She was surprised that they still operate again. They used to go to the office and sapu everything there.
That's y it's an empty office. So bad luck that i kena after 2 weeks...

Dun be afraid that he'll attend.
It's even better coz you can get back your money on the spot with the boss around.
They are using dirty method to get your money anyway.

If they are legal business then y they use "gift" as reason to get your money??

Hi mango_juicy, sorry to hear about ur losses, my hearing is the day after yours, Hope we all win the case. This incident really make my life miserable. Some people juz need to be reminded about this scam even they have heard & read b4. Humans tend to forget things after they have in peace in their surrounding. I dun feel paiseh at all to share wif all my friends cos i think as their friends, i need to remind them. Some of my friends only know the surface but not the details of how this scam happen.

there was once at 9.45pm at night after i finish my college...i walk down street and stay there for 30 minutes to see who and how many they can cheat in 30 minutes....when i juz reach there i saw 1 gal 2 guys helping a grandmother and grand daughter into the taxi, then they 1 guy and 1 gal oso sit into the taxi....u know where they going lar... lol.

juz 4 minutes later, a spectacle girl with kinda 28 years old lady also go play the bingo card and luckily she also kena the prize one and oso go sit taxi with another guy... there are at least 2 more lucky winners in 30 minutes.... i was sitting nearby eating and observing...then reach 10.30pm i also go already....

not i dont wanna give advice...i sked they whack me.

u r so selfish la. would u like 2 be treated the same way if u unfortunately fall into their trap next time? touchwood ..... orrrrr u r in fact one of those crap??? i helped last time not once but twice! and i'll do the same whenever/wherever i c them conning around! damn to them! my GOD will shield me, i aint afraid. even laws/police/government cant do a single thing.
