I got conned 6k at the one at Tmn Desa. Exactly the same as the website you posted.
Same scenario as you. They are trying to convince that you'll get car/cash prizes up till 20k++.

Right after that i went back to the same place and said wanna return the "gifts".
They refused to giv back my money. i passed the person incharged the TTPM document but he tore off.
He won't attend one coz his english and malay bad. However he signed on my document with his IC and name.

At least i got proof that he received the document.
So i'll sue him eventhough he will absend to get back my money!

Besides i oso lodged police report and the inspector told me that they caught them on 4th Apr.
She was surprised that they still operate again. They used to go to the office and sapu everything there.
That's y it's an empty office. So bad luck that i kena after 2 weeks...

Dun be afraid that he'll attend.
It's even better coz you can get back your money on the spot with the boss around.
They are using dirty method to get your money anyway.

If they are legal business then y they use "gift" as reason to get your money??

My hearing on 23th May still a long time to go.

Every single day, i can't help to stop thinking back on that incident where i'm stopped by the 18 year old boy and talked about the fantastic prize i won. How can i fall into the trap?

I'm not like you can share with family and friends. I'm still can't accept my foolishness.
My family do not know anything about it.

I manage to get the fella's IC and his signature.
I'll get back the compensation from him instead of the company (coz the company does not exist after all).

I have just attended the hearing case today..
Just to share here with everyone if you have fell in the trap..

Be brave to stand out to claim back your money.
Their manage to survive till nowadays despite many operations from police are mainly due to ppl's latency to go through the troublesome prosedur to get back their money.

Today in the court i can see the chance of winning is bright.
In case you wanna fight till the end by going to Tribunal Pengguna.
A piece of advice from my side is tat you need to have sufficient information.

For example:
Situation 1: you get conned and you only have the stupid receipt with no company name/address etc. Then get the PIC IC number and name (MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU TAKE ARE CORRECT)

Situation 2: You got receipt of company and name etc, everything about the company is just right. Dun put the company as the opponent as they will move to other place and end up you need to refile the case which is a waste of time. So pls get the PIC's IC and Name (MAKE SURE DOUBLE CHECK WITH HIS IC TO CONFIRM IT'S TRUE) who conned you.

My situation now is the 1st one in which i have no clue about the opponent and therefore dunno how to retrieve back the info. If anyone who get conned at taman danau desa please provide me details.

For those who got scammed like me please try to claim your money from them.
Coz i'm one of the victims who was trapped 2 months ago and SUCCESSFULLY got back my money with my bf's help...

All you need is to negotiate with them along with court's threat.

Hi there, to be frank that company is not registered the time i kena.
Dunno what's the updates now...Maybe they have changed to other names.
