Depends on what kind of workout. If legs, I cannot add in other body part.

This is me last cutting, so I just push to the max. Once I've reached my ideal weight, I will do less cardio. Only twice a week, 30minutes, no HIIT. OR swimming on weekends, no cardio on weekdays, just 10mins warm up on treadmill. No more cutting for me.

Then it is time to become incredible hulk. Still eat clean but this time wanna get bulky. So my diet plan will change again. More variety. brows.gif

Just wondering, after you guise have achieved you goals, what are you gonna do?

This iz what me gonna do....

Once I've reached 80kg, I will start taking whey protein (2 x 5lbs can last for 6 months), will start to eat normal food. Then after 2 months I will start to cut again. Goal is to lose bodyfat, so need to cut. I will make sure my weight is in between 80kg - 85kg.

And, once my contract is over with FF, I will cancel the membership and then register at some cheaper gym. Already got the basics from there, can do it anywhere, anytime. From there, all I need to do is to maintain, that's all. I don't want to lose the muscles I've worked so hard for. Workout 4 days per week. Same thing, eat like normal, then cut, eat like normal then cut. Because if I cut all the way like now, I won't be able to lose all bodyfat.

My goal = lose body fat, well build and fit. Not really want to get bulky. I like bodybuilding but I don't go till that far, not that ambitious for this sports. And moreover, bodybuilding iz seriouzly high maintenance, like taking whey and other supplements.

I will continue doing this until I'm old, I don't believe I can't get a lean body. biggrin.gif Even if I don't go to gym in future, I will make sure I play sports weekly and go jogging.

After going through this hell, I will think twice of putting something into my mouth. laugh.gif

What ah beng ah beng? WTF?!

Like I said eat like normal as usual, good sleeping habit, no supper, eat proper nutrition clean food (50% clean food, 50% normal food) remains.

When I start taking whey, will become incredible hulk, when I cut again, become mini incredible hulk. laugh.gif

I can do whole body exercise at home, but if no weights and dumb bells for me effort, apa macam want to exercise? As long they have decent weight plates and dumb bells to workout, lousy environment also I don't care. Just to maintain only.

If become incredible hulk, I'm going to be the same fat ass again. Big size, and all my clothes can't fit again.

I don't want to be so lean, as long I can get BF 18%, that's good enough. Too lean manyak susah want to bulk up, if you are into bodybuilding. But my case, I don't want to look like a crap thin lidi. laugh.gif

Damn pissed off sial. If go jogging in the early morning, sure have to inhale those blardee exhaust fume. Damn bloody smelly, and I really hate it.

Housing area. My place is fully fenced and ada huge security house. Safe from kena buttsecking in the early morning. brows.gif

There is a park just beside, but I don't want because I suka jog 1 straight line 200m, rather than turning here and there. And it is risky, might get rob and buttseck.

When I just started, I exercise everyday. Damn hardcore. Now 5 days per week. Schedule getting tighter. Even ketat, will never miss q 5 days per week. brows.gif

Same as me, always after shower I will say this to myself. "Another day has passed, can't wait for tomorrow".

If you wanna lose weight, you need the drive and will power. And not only that, you need to do this forever. Otherwise, after 2 - 3 years, you will start eating crap again and become a fatty pom pom.

Weekdays = 100% clean food

Weekends = Cheat food

As long you maintain this diet plan, you will be healthy and thin.

The myth about stop working out for a week will make you gain weight, if you don't believe. Try not working out for 2 weeks. Like my body now, if I stopped working out for 2 weeks, sure become fatty afterthat. Imagine suddenly you kasi the body koyak to the max, then you stop koyaking.

I know olive oil is good, but it is still oil. If you want to lose fat, you diet plan must be completely oil free. That's why I will not comment on what you guys put in the mouth, nothing to do with me.

The reason I can't lose all fat is because when I just started, my workout plan is fakap. If I follow a good workout program, I'm sure I lose most fats by now. My diet is good.

Tomorrow OFF, going to PD. Back on Thursday evening. So most likely will be heading to the gym after dinner, to do Shoulder and Traps.

Today I did shoulder and traps. And I also bought new jeans and new pants.

Size 34". 33" just a little more, ngam ngam. But I go for 34".

No more cutting, now just maintain only.

34" is ok I guess.

How are you fattys doing?

It's been manyak hectic days for me.

I sleep at 12am daily, wake up at 5am, yea only 5 hours rest daily due to my insane workload at office.

5am wake up, kasi haz some light breakfast, then 6am head to FF then shower, GTFO from there at 8am sharp (I prepare my breakfast from home, then bring over). Then pecut to work from Klang to KL. Doing this same shit daily. I like this job and I like me boss, and I like this company and I like everything. That's why I sacrifice my time for the sake of career. But I still workout no matter what, but I can't train hard anymore, not enough time. Koyak orgasm also lesser.

Hehe, do you know what I haz for lunch? Steam fish. Me boss punya maid kasi cook for me. Nao you say my boss chun or not? I told me boss that I don't eat crap food and I'm into bodybuilding, so she iz definitely understand.
