Tomorrow off day, this week mission completed. Sunday need to do cardio, that's all.

I haven't weight yet, maybe end of this month. Should be 82kg - 83kg. biggrin.gif

Special occasion, just taste will do. Don't eat like a hungry boar.

Let say got satay, popiah or whatever, just eat a bit la like 5 sticks of satay and etc.

Always remove the skin.

This week I tarak workout, phuck!

Tomorrow I wanna koyak myself to the max.

Wanna do chest, tricep and legs. Then sunday, shoulder, traps and arms.

Monday rest, then continue again.

Didn't do cardio for like 3 weeks. Tomorrow going to start cutting again.

I think the best is you stop doing cardio for a month, then you cut again the following month. Repeat the same thing.

Because I already cut 20kg. So this is what I'm doing now.

As long I continue eating diet food, I don't see that a problem.

About 3 months. Waist from 40" down to 34". Hopefully end of this year can get 31". Then all I need is to maintain, that's all. No need to cut anymore.

I'm quite happy with my current body now, but I want to gain even more muscles and leaner, that's all. I don't plan to become like incredible hulk. Initially yes, but not anymore.

For cha boh, I think most of you all want to be lean, muscles maybe not.

High maintenance, and bodybuilding is not something that I'm really serious into like going for some competition. If you ask the people here, how many of you can do this for life, taking whey protein and other supplements. They can't really answer.

Yea stretch marks. Highest weight was 103kg. Current weight I have no clue. But I will do another tanita bodycheck end of June.
