yesterday was terrible, i ate the yulek char siew kong lou mee for breakfast. then I have no lunch until 5 something start singing in Greenbox and become hungry, the only food they have is koropok = =" i took like 2 bowls of them. Dinner was steamboat.

the danger too, I been trying cycle around to get stuff i need. I afraid i might ended puffing too much exhaust smoke in the end.. Not to remind about car totally ignore any vehicle which is smaller than them

i realised there is a nice park in the swimming pool i used to visit beside, with super huge running track on it. I went there jog for near an hour barely able to finish the whole circuit. There is like within a jungle in a city, guarantee no need to puff any exhaust

there is really a lot of people, if you are afraid just go around the lake, there is security personals, but they ride on horse lolx

i always boil carrot and eat, you can opt for baby carrot for that, it's juicier and softer after boiled.

I am not sure whether baby carrot need to slice the skin or not

bout stretching again

There is some stretching i find it extremely suffering to the point my tears almost coming out, advisable to continue out?

like simple bending your body towards your leg, maintaining your back straight.. seems simple but it's a hell spanish inquisition torture to me.

my mom always said meat i buy were of low quality and expensive, thus i let her handle it lol. She would buy it from the wet market, i would just keep my mouth open.

minor boiling would cause excessive nutrient lost and the vegetable seems more tender and nice to be chew on. Tomato taste good no matter it's boiled or steamed. My mom said there are different nutrient when you cook it raw and when you cooked it.

I only steam my pop corn most of the day

wa. bike at 150kmh, that's sound scary, i only tried 120kmh on my scotter, that's the maximum i can go.

even driving my car on 150kmh is scary enough, i become more kiasi and drove slower now

I heard it is not too accurate compared to skin fold caliper (old is gold)

I tried calculated the distance i usually cycle, 1 round is around 800m, i do 13 rounds today in 35mins. That means you can overtake me by running..

swimming 1hr30mins+ today, feels good..
still feeling the pain from yesterday after attempting chair dip for the first time.. my triceps is really weak, not enough strength to complete my free style last stroke ..

I only run once a weak during saturday, for 20mins only lolx
After that rest a while go for 1 hour swimming

why not buy raw meat and marinate them yourself? I bet it is gonna taste much better than these packet food
