one thing, i have to know about uthm civil engineering courses, i tot uthm offer CIVIL eng only, but why uthm got 3 courses there? one is civil with environmental, civil with building, and civil with construction, anyone can help me to explain this??

as for me i'm E&E base de, my major is mechatronic. so at 3rd yrs oni i'm able to go through my elective major subject. So in dis two yrs, i same course wit other major

so wit those kind major, u better tink careful about it ya

anyway, i have discussed with my gf, we will back once a week to meet each other so this problem solved.

You will choose your majoring during your study.. UTHM may be not well known among other local universities, but they also do have experienced lecturer. FYI, former Naib Canselor (NC) and current Timbalan Naib Canselor (TNC) of UTHM is from civil engineering. The former NC, which is Y. Bhg. Profesor Dato' Dr. Hj Ismail bin Hj Bakar is currently a lecturer there and UTHM is the only local uni that have their own research center for soft soil called RECESS.

Their town may not "maju" like other big cities like KL or JB, but I think it's still acceptable.

Like other say, each uni have their own expertise and advantage. So, it up to you to choose the place for ur study..

Yup..Currently 2 former NC of KUiTTHO@UTHM is currently work as lecturer there. one is my dean (Dean of FKEE, Prof. Ir Dr. Zainal Abidin) and the other one is like I mention before..

yeah, uni life not like you think will so free de ......
but luckily last time my uni just in my town so i everyday can back home rest as many as i can =P

assignment, activities (this most) coz 1st year u have no choice to choose for join activity of the uni. exam haha will having often..... wish u luck
