Same set up as last time...
Just addition of SVS PB12-Plus Sub...

I have put the sub in the back area of the room till i move into my dedicated home theater...looks tidier at the back cause my bedroom too small smile.gif
Also surround rears and rears obviously not in the correct places right now...

this is temporary till i move to the dedicated room where i will have everything in more ideal placements smile.gif

right now i am using Dolby Digital EX sound mode... this replacates the signals sent to the Surround and Surround rears

a couple glasses from these things and everything will shake anyway wink.gif

no actually i have not reached volumes that make the bottles shake...
occasionally the frames of the window panels vibrate from LFEs but that itself rarely happens...

If have dedicated room then go for projector. It is totally a different experience as you can turn the volumne way up without afraid of disturbing others... biggrin.gif

That means you are NOT at the 'optimum' volume level ... tongue.gif

BTW, congrats on jumping onto the SVS bandwagon biggrin.gif

I like the front hifi 'rack' you have even at present. Its very simple, but also wonder about its weight carrying capacity . How heavy is your front speakers?

Dont forget a nice fluffy carpet .. that will do the trick to absorb un-wanted sound reflection...i've tried it and it works..cheap yet very affective..

Hi all Sifus,
1 stupid question, if i already set the cut off frequency in AVR, for example to 100Hz, what is the cut off frequency i should set at the Sub woofer? set as the same as the AVR setting or set highest?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.
