Nice for Malaysia to produce it own car, btw other countries also try to protect their own industries.

Last tuesday i went to Ambank to get pay my cards, then view the Cherry Easter. Inside looks nice, but the last row really suffer.Mt leg will mostly touching the mid row seats (just like citra). I feel Exora has much more better seating at the back row.

Yday juz took our Exora Manual. Wat I can say is manual pick up is really better than the auto 1. Not bad la overall...but i felt abit weird la, MPV with manual gear. The manual gear position also abit weird, abit hard to shift laugh.gif

Added on August 20, 2009, 6:37 pmAnd I wan to ask, is it the first 1000k km, 5000k and 10000k is free service? all FOC? parts and labour?

Hi CJLai, how's it going up Cameron? New or old road? How many passengers (adult and/or children)?

PS : Those taking deliver in Oct '09 but not under exchange programs will get free semi-synthetic lub, oil filter & drain plug gasket.

That will be too much for me. Some minor basic is enough.

5 adults & 1 child.... used new road to go up n old road to come down.....

just some sharing on the proton service.....

if ur exora hv any prob just go straight to centre of excellence..... they will fix all ur prob.... dun waste ur time in some smaller service center......

my experience with the puchong branch.... dem frust..... let me waited there for > 5hrs but nothing fix..... every time i ask them how's my car y so long... they keep on telling me fixing it.... sit for a while......

but since last week i took my car to COE.... all fixed on the same day.... below r the things they fixed a part fr my 5000km service.....

1. front absorber 'klok klok' sound wen going over bump - front absorber replaced
2. front disc vibrate wen trying to stop (speed < 40km/h) - disc rotor replaced
3. sound on driver side wen driving > 60km/h (suspected sound of the wind) - adjusted exhaust plate
4. passenger doors hard to open - adjusted door latch
5. fuel filler lid rusty - waiting for parts

any issue at all with cameron? is genting steeper or cameron (have not been to cameron)? planning to go up genting.

i'm from penang so COE is out of the question. anyway where is it located? will be sending mine for 1K service before going down to KL & hope need not escalate my issues.
- must test out point 1, 2 & 3 after switching off all music & wind down windows.
- same problem with both front doors.
- no anti-rust above spare wheels. do check out yours as it seems most if not all owner has this issue. other edges in wheel arches also left out.
- additional problem is squeeky sound on front passenger seat when it's seated.
