Actually I was speaking generally. But no, I don't wear contrast coloured collars and cuffs.

G2000 about RM160 for one.
Usually they have 50% discount for the 2nd piece.
Tailor made - not sure. RM200+ ?

Anyone have problem with using silkknots?? I find it almost impossible to put it on if i'm wearing the shirt. I have to resort to putting it in bEFORE putting on my shirt doh.gif

Seems most of the local RTW stuff the cuff buttons are way too small for silk knots mad.gif

silk knots and other double sided cufflinks must be "half" put in before wearing the shirt, and even then its a struggle the first few times.

I tried that, the other half was killing me, doing it with one hand doesnt help..

I dont have problem with my bespoke shirts, just the RTW ones with tiny miniscule cuff buton holes

2 solutions :

1. spend a whole weekend at home practising it until you have mastered it.

2. get a live-in girlfriend, and she can do it for you.

no. 1 costs less. biggrin.gif

sad.gif Its not a matter of skill as ... the hole is just too small... I've resorted to using silk knots only on my tailored shirt.. while RTW gets the single sided cuff treatment

you mean you can't squeeze it in even if you aren't wearing the shirt?

if you really like your rtws, get a tailor to make the holes slightly bigger. should be a simple job if they use a machine.

How do I iron a french cuffed shirt?

The seam and the cuff does not allign.

For a normal shirt, I can easily iron following the seam.

Help me please.
