Try opera mini as suggested or bolt,skyfire,o2,ucweb...etc... Native nokia browser sucks..

hi, i wanna ask does fring and nimbuzz charge for fee for sending message and voip call?
and how about window live messenger? (provided i am using wifi for all this application)

Hey guys i just bought a new ap grey steel. GarminXT has already been installed by the seller but it's not the latest firmware. I'm just wondering do I really need to update to the latest firmware or just download additional maps from MFM in future? Thanks

upgrade to 210.21.006 fixed it

anyone here got problem with hanging up button, My phone hangs, everytime i press the hang up button, The phone hangup, but the screen is still showing call. ... then few secondes later, it returns back to home screen

I am new to symbian and have absolutely no idea. BUt im interested in the nokia e71.

I was wondering, how do u download msn messenger tot he e71? I dont have a nokia e71 yet hence I am asking. So if I buy an original set, if I go to the download folder and let it refresh? will I see a windows live to download?

Also, about this symbian sign certificate thingy, will I face a problem installing msn messenger, opera browser, gmail application and fring? well I only want to install this 3 application. and I dont know anything about this sign certificate stuff..

Does an original set comes with dictionary and quickoffice on the inside?


Moreover, I have been reading this thread a little at page 88. What do u mean by hacking the phone for the certicate? Is it something like disabling the online certificate checking? I dont own the phone yet, just played around in the shop, so I dont know much yeah. I am previously from a windows user hence my great confusion now ..

Msn ah.. Yes u can log on to nokia website from ur phone go to download msn.. But since u wanna use fring y still wan msn? Fring is all in 1 d ma..
Those 3 application u talk about is available on a free basic so no signing and certificate require.. Oh ya.. E71 dont hav opera mobile but jus opera mini 4.2..
Hacking and signing is different
by hacking meaning u bypass any cert and signing givin u freedom to install anything even though it is not compatible.. Signing is jus signing those unsign software which is either cracked or develop by the comunities.. By signing u able to install most of the software in the market that r compatible with ur phone.. Signing require u imei no. Where by it sign d software jus for ur phone .. Ur signed software is jus specifically for u..
Dictionary and quick office is built in.. Dictionary i would say basic lor.. can install 3 languages.. Quickoffice support 2007 office.. But need update 1st la..pdf also available version 1.5 though.. 2.5 is a better version..

Haha yes... buy phone have to do research. I never spent rm1200 phone before. last time I used motorola mpx200 i bought it around rm700 serve his purpose. everyone is like asking, " eh how u go online on msn via mobile" those days were like proud as not many phone are able to do so. I saw fring on the iphone, I didnt know, symbian s60 have that too. That is good. I just finish reading the entire thread so know a little here and there.

so for the msn, what do u mean by logging in nokia website from my phone? u mean go to the s60 browser and look for the download at nokia website? I tried looking on the nokia site using my pc, I cant find it. Nokia website states to download them, you need to refresh the download folder..

So, by refreshing the download folder, will the windows live folder appear for download?

2nd question, which one consume more data usage, fring or msn messenger? I intend to use msn only as I dont have anyone on others such as yahoo and etc..

BY the way, if I buy the original one, will I get like 2 dictionary in there, chinese one and english one? I saw some post in this thread with regards to that, but I see no confirmation of that having done reading the thread.
