I would like to ask, can I purchase the apps by using Maybank ATM card which it works like a credit card (debit card)?

PS: the maybank latest ATM card can be used as a credit card too, which will deduct the money directly from your account whenever you used it for purchase.

When you register your iTunes account using the no. of your 'debit card' and if it is accepted then obviously you can. But I doubt it would be accepted as it is not a credit card per se.

Can i use my frens itune account (iphone) on my ipod touch by downloading his puchased apps, etc???

im having this kind of prob



it js suddenly happen.
i cant acces my phone applications and sms

what have i tried:

1. reinstall itunes / reboot - same
2. hard reset iphone & restore - same

any ideas?

are you able to access Photos via 'My Computer' and charge it via the USB cable?

all can except phone apps. i restore also same.
so at the end i js reset to default factory setting and set up as a new phone (coz if reset default n restore still same)
need to configure all the setting back. really waste time.

but Y it happen in the 1st place i also not sure

HOW COME MY IPHONE 3GS WONT LET ME SYNC MY SONGS AND VIDEO INTO THE PHONE? I see normally ppl just drag.. i also drag but how come there is an X mark there??!?! all my vids and music are mp4 and mp3 format.

Been searching around but cant see any fix.

Ok, I got my i3gs from maxis last week. So, I JB it (as anyone would).
Then I found out that sending MMS is like hit-and-miss.

Called 123, CS said reset network setting, add +6 in front of numbers, replace new sim card. All done, still, hit-and-miss. Take note that I tried to send when 3G signal is full bars. But receiving MMS is no problem at all. Another odd thing is sometimes surfing net with 3G full bars, it said "No network connection". WTF?

Whereas, my old i2g (3.1.2 on DiGi) with native mms installed, has no problem sending/receiving MMS. I tried send MMS from/to both of my iphones and only the i3gs has failed to send most of the time.

Cant rely on maxis CS at all. Anyone care to share similar problem?

My prob is sending MMS is like only 50% success. Seems weird right?

Does Maxis 4.0 and 5.0 makes any diff? I dont believe it has anything to do with JB.

i did not jb my phone so i can't comment too much hehe. but based on what i have read, there's no harm trying.

Note: for MAXIS user to use MMS your carrier version must be MAXIS 4.0 to check this go to Setting>General>About> Carrier ? If your carrier version is Maxis 5.0 then you will need to restore your phone back to factory setting

thats weird, coz im on maxis carrier 5.0 and everything seems to be ok....
sometimes sendding mms takes time.... sometimes around 2-3 minutes just to clear the sending... try send mms and do not close until it is fully sent....

opps sorry, that seems to be applicable for iphone 3.0.

maybe u can try wat g3n0c|d3 recommended or post the question in the jb threads (if it is jb problem). the si fus there might be able to help u out.
