i have a problem with my itunes and i can't seem to find the damn solution

so basically everytime i tried to connect to the itunes store to buy apps/music i'll get error (-9808)..WTH is that?

does any of you know how to fix it?...

i have a file to update to iOS 4.1. But how do I use it?

Here you go.. in itunes -> Hold shift and click restore for Windows users and select the firmware. Hold Alt/Option and click Restore for Mac users and select the firmware. (Do a full backup before you proceed).

But i got no prob updating my iP3GS using same laptop.



Update: Problem solved. I forgot to turn off my firewall.

i would like to get your opinion on this.

1. i recently updating my papago gps (m7) using itunes. successfully download in itunes, but when sync with iphone (iphone4 16gb maxis iOs 4.1) it cant be installed, the reason stated because 'RESOURCES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED'. what does it mean and how to solve it?

2. i downloaded a game thru itunes, then sync, but error (stated error 0xE800004C). what error is that?

i just restore my iphone4 recently due to unresponsive touch screen..sync all apps again into my iphone, and for papago i had to reinstalled again from apps store, the reason also due to 'RESOURCES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED', then ok.

so if i sign in US account to my iphone , cna i get to see the Music and Video tab in the itunes store apps ? then can i download free music or video ?

I'm using Maxis iPhone 3GS with 4.1 firmware. When i connected the iPhone to the iTunes, the iTunes did recognised the iPhone but the iPhone details like summary, info, ringtones, music, photos, version, options (to name a few) not showing up. Please look at the picture attached. Please help!
