when i press camera .. when it start up can see the screen like water wavy abit for a while . is it normal ?

afaik , itunes store in phone only got podcast and itunes U ..
so if i sign in US account to my iphone , cna i get to see the Music and Video tab in the itunes store apps ? then can i download free music or video ? thanks |
